I've been trying to get in touch via web / social / email for nearly a week now to get someone to show me how to set the lawnmower up, with no response. The mulch plug comes inserted into the mower in the box, and seems to be impossible to remove - Google suggested using a broomstick/getting levers to prise it out - the whole point of buying a small lightweight mower surely means you shouldn't need to be Arnold Schwarzenegger just to get it unpacked
