0 stars is the correct option – Toe in and camber completely bent out of shape resulting in worn tyres every year. Jerky movements, absolute crap gearbox that you can't change speeds unless stopped. Noisy but reliable motor, paper thin cutting deck requiring re-welding, Never, ever buy a Husqvarna. A push mower is better than this piece of absolute crap. Show details
Useless deck – One blade was loose at first use, stripping the the 5 point hub on the spindle. Replaced the drive belt after the first 4 hours - no warranty! Needed the front deck brackets welded at 12 hours- still no warranty! Broke the plastic flap around the same time. Broke the flimsy bar under the flap 2 hours later. I will never go back to Husqvarna Show details

Never again – Within 30 hrs the deck disintegrated. I ordered a new deck for nearly $400 hoping I could get all the parts off the old deck. The more I tried to strip off it the more that broke. I have now placed my fourth order for parts and will have replaced the entire deck assembly by the end of it. It will take me a total of 8 weeks to get my ride on back… Read more

Another Disappointed Customer – 5/11/2017..Update: After all this time, they are still having the same problem and have not made any effort to rectify the original complaint about the mower deck.. shame , shame , shame..... :-( this model may be discontinued, but the same sort of (Pressed Decks) are still being used... :-( Original posting: I have a LT19538, which I… Read more
brough new, right from the very first time I used it there has been problems with the deck and the belt. The deck keeps splitting along the factory welds, I have taken it to an engineering work shop, they said they are always getting these in, but welding it back up again is usually not possible as the quality of the steel is not good. The rest of the mower is great, its the second one I have had, but after this problem with the deck, I don't think I'll be getting another and certainly not recommending this brand to anyone. Very, very disappointed and I looked at buying a new deck, the price well thats another story. The mower in general is quite good, but the deck thats another story. The deck not made strong enough for the rest of the machine. The cutting deck is the working part of the mower and it needs to do the job its designed to do. Please build better decks and you will have a number one mower!
LT 19538 – I bought an LT 19538 mower in March this year.Up until this month I had been very happy with it until just recently. The mower stopped working with only 68 hrs on it and it went into the dealer for warranty. After taking it apart, it was found that the nut which holds on the rocker in the engine had vibrated loose and caused the engine to stop in… Read more
its tracks.
I picked up the mower after repair and took it home and did 2 hrs mowing with it. I then pulled it out 3 days later and did another 3 minutes worth of mowing before the engine stopped again!!
Apparently, this time the shaft bolt that holds the rocker in, has snapped off. while I was in at the mower shop dropping it back off for repair again, the mechanic informs me this is the 3rd one this month that this has happened to.One of the mowers was quite a larger zero turn model. Has anyone else experienced this as well??
