I bought this mower( fancy one) from KC Equipment at Yatala on the gold coast in October 2022. It has never worked properly or hasn't worked at all. I have returned the mower to them twice and left it with them for several months and they cannot get it too work correctly. They have the worst service and customer relations possible. I paid $18,000 for this unit that would enable my wife to mow lawns which she loves. Having endured 5 back operations through her life we wanted a mower that would pick up grass and mechanically dump the grass. No Lifting required! What a joke, it can barely mow and certainly cannot collect grass clippings. It just sits in our shed reminding me every day what an idiot I was to trust Husqvarna
