Hustler Raptor FR691V (48") Zero-Turn Mower

Fine when it works, but getting parts in Australia is a terrible experience – We've owned the Hustler Raptor XD for a couple of years and when it's working it's fine. However, getting parts for it has proved to be a headache we don't need. The first time we needed parts we had to import them directly from the US (which is costly) as local dealers couldn't tell us when parts would be available through them. Now we are looking for a part again, and are having similar issues. The best estimate is 3 - 4 weeks - seriously Hustler, if you are going to sell a $10,000 mower in Australia, the least you can do is service the parts market ! And in 2023, it really can't be due to "Covid delays" surely!!
