*plea for anyone with the service manual pdf to comment*" using a Hyosung sd50 manual that mostly fits. Compiling a manual of diagrams from racing planet (one word). you can look up all diagrams on that parts site. My first scooter... Can't derestrict until "them mob" comes to roadworthy. Nice build quality, kind of a heyday for Korean design. Everything thing is quality and solid.

Purchased in for $150.

07 Hyosung Super Cab – The Hyosung sb50 supercab is not a bad scooter for what you pay for i bought mine for $800 in 07 and only cost me $3-4 to fill up ive never had any major issues with it mine does 75kmh just by cutting the blue wire to the cdi unit and has lasted me 22000km's and is still going strong will be buying a 110cc bigbore kit for it soon and technigas muffler with a malossi clutch systerm then it shuld be a rocket one bad thing tho is were i live all the places that will fix or upgrade your scooter will not touch it because thay say its hard to work on the only thing i found hard was if it comes to the engine as the seat does not come off like regular scooter you have to unmount

the whole engine and undo the rear shock to get it out Cheap runs well low cost for fuel cheap spare parts will last forever with regular care the headlights could be better seat does not come off and can easly be broken in to

Excellent – Basic, cheap, reliable, 2 year warranty, Suzuki affiliation. I've done 1700km's now and can't fault it. I've heard of people having fuel consumption issues and I too thought fuel consumption was excessive until I cut the governor wire and now the fuel is great and can do 70km/hour. Would recommend to anyone after something reliable. So cheap but reliable. Found out designed by Suzuki. Very quick and good on fuel (after run-in period and disconnecting the governor wire). Has fuel gauge and a carry rack standard. Quiet with basically no 2-stroke smoke A bit basic but I guess that's the idea.
