This company is the absolute worst to deal with . They don't reply to emails. Phone message nothing when it comes to trying to claim a warranty issue . They have no deals with any company to fix anything in this country . They try their best to muck you around and hopefully you will give up . Total scam of a company they clearly do not want anything to do with making a warranty claim. Do your self a favour by from your local business that at least you can visit. This is a online scam company.
Reasonably priced "brand name" generator – Overall not a bad generator. We needed remote start with over 2400w output. This did the job. However surge capacity seemed limited. On overload, it needed powering off and the reset switch operated. Then restarted. There must be an easier way.. It was let down by the display with no option to display power delivered ! This must be the most important quantity to display.
Changing or checking the oil is a messy operation as is topping up the oil.
It was, however , easy to move around and starting was easy - both by the key and the remote.
