Fabulous product hot water instantly and with solar panels it’s all free!

Very efficient – So far no problems and benefit only. Over the winter time run it with booster on but it was set by the timer (not included with the system) to switch element at 9AM to utilize my solar panels power if needed. Booster is off now, plenty of hot water. Love reminders from URECO to perform basic maintenance steps.

iStore 270 – Had the unit installed 9 months ago and gas bill came down by 85% - the unit will pay for itself in less than 3 years!! Great investment and can highly recommend it.

Unit OK but installation poor – the iStore270l seems to be functioned as intended by I've seen a failure on the HW outlet pipe/thread that is taking time to resolve, all in less than 12 months ops - product good but install unsatisfactory. Also it is unfortunate that one cannot adjust the timing in the day of the monthly anti legionnaries high temperature cycle which always comes on at midnight!

Free hot water – Gas bills have decreased by 80% as we previously had instantaneous gas hit water. Linked with solar panels and a battery I now have no electricity bills. The heat pump is very efficient and we have set and forget reliable hot water.

Great Service – I am generally satisfied with the installation, that said during the winter months it has been necessary to switch on the back up to get sufficient hot water, something I had not experienced with the system the current one replaced. I could not criticise the company and their promptness in dealing with any issues I may have had, ten out of ten for service. Thank you

Truly great system, – I have had solar roof top systems now for over 40 years and this one is on track to be the best. Very good value for money. I can thoroughly recomend it.

Excellent hot water system and terrific supplier in URECO! – Very responsive supplier, they did exactly as they promised. All trades arrived when expected and the conversion from a Gas storage system to the iStore electric system was completed by midday. brilliantly, especially the holiday setting where it is turned off when leaving to go away and automatically switches on on the day I come back.

Nice people to deal with and that counts – You can buy a solar water heater from lots of people but good advice, punctual timing and a nice manner are harder to find. If the price is great as well, that's it. The job was not straight forward and they coped and did not charge more. They tidied up afterwards. I really could not have asked for more. Oh and the water is now hot.

Ureco did a great job – Ureco installed a replacement solar hot water system and did a great job. New system is fantastic and they were even able to give us a free loan of a standby unit while the roof was being patched.

Best of all, the head of the team installing it (a Kiwi, sorry can't remember name) was so patient and explained everything slowly and carefully, showing me physically as well as a handbook which explains the ins and outs of maintenance etc. The follow up is also 5 stars. I could not be happier. Best purchase I have made in a long while. Finding companies that actually deliver what they promise without fuss and promptly is amazing these days. I feel like I am back in the 60's when service was great!

Had the system running for about 6 months now and very pleased with it.

Value for Service – Entire process of purchasing a solar hot water system from start to finish was handled with professionalism. One day the old leaking sysyem was on the roof the next day it was replaced with a brand new value for money system. A level of customer service sadly lacking in our world.

Next Day Service, Quality Workmanship – Purchased a new solar system to replace my old bust one. Guys were great, cleaning up after themselves and taking away old system. The job was done straight away as old system was leaking. Very impressed.
