Not fit for use – Purchased this dishwasher when we were building our home, along with stove, oven and range hood all by Ilve. Within 2 years, just out of warranty I had the tech out as it faulted. 1 year later another fault, service agent had to replace the pump, as it was leaking from the actually pump itself causing it to turn all our power off. 3 days ago new pump fitted, 11.45 tonight...second time it's been turned on and another e4 fault. Kick the front panel off and the overflow tray is leaking again, grabbed a torch and its leaking heavily from the actual pump. Just like before.
All kickboards are heavily swollen and cracked...pretty upsetting for a 3 year old kitchen. And now I have a dishwaher that doesn't work.
Will call the service agent again, but can't imagine they want anything to do with it, even though we got the extended warranty.
The cost of a new unit is going to be out of our pocket, now also the cost of kickboard, end panels and backed island panels...won't be cheap.
Extremely upset and frustrated customer.

Worst dishwasher!!! – Where do I start! We moved into a new build and Ilve was the only option offered by our builder. We had a Bosch in old house and cannot fault it. The Ilve is terrible, to the point where we don’t even use it. It doesn’t wash and it doesn’t dry. I really hate it more than anything and my husband is sick of me complaining about it.we have tried every combination of wash cycles and all as bad as each other.

Worst dishwasher ever made – We had this dishwasher installed by our builder who assured us this was a premium product. The dishwasher washing performance was average to say the least. It left the dishes wet after a cycle meaning we had to had dry them before they were put away. If the dishwasher sat for a few days it would smell really bad. Then we ran into the service issue which is still on-going, the dishwasher has been broken down for 3 months now and their service agent who is the rudest person i have ever spoke too still cant fix it. They have had 4 attempts at fixing the unit and they are just adding the same parts they fitted last time. If i had my time again i would have gone for a brand i knew not this 'hi-end' brand. DO NOT buy one of these
