Great seat with good support – Love this seat, just purchased and my son (5) sits comfortably and securely. It looks great and the cushioning is good and the straps sit perfectly with additional cushions to stop from rubbing. Great seat for the price range.
Purchased in at ALDI for $129.
Not recommended – The width of the head cushions is so far apart that no baby child can comfortably rest there or sleep with very little support, it is a clumsy item to use and Suitable from 6months to 8 yrs??? It is cheap compared to other models and Aldi's is cheap so you pay for what you get!
Hi Ron Thank you for your feedback. The Duo Ride is a forward facing seat only from approx. 6 months to 8 years, this is purely a guideline for the age of the child as all restraints are based on a height limit.
While we always advocate rear facing for as long as possible, however in Australia a child can be forward facing from the age of 6 months. As this is a national road rule, our child restraints must be advertised as such, under the Australian Standard AS/NZS 1754.
