I have had this rower for some time now (5years).and it has never let me down , but about a week ago the CPU stopped counting the strokes ,klm's, calories etc. So I contacted the company to ask for assistance and the response was overwhelmingly better than expected. Firstly they explained what and how to narrow down the problem ,down to how to disassemble the rower to get to suspected faulty part and troubleshoot/test it. It turned out to be a faulty sensor , which ,with a simple phone call is in the mail as I write this review. Dealing with INFINITY was a pleasure ,more companies would do a lot better if they took a page out of their customer care book. Best/Outstanding after sales service I have ever had with any company. Well done guys, you're a credit to your company and the products you sell.
