Inner Health Plus Dairy Free

Causes diarhea – I have IBS and thought a dose of probiotics may help. I’ve tried using this product on 3 different occasions but always causes diarrhoea within the first day. I have heard the ingredients now contain oligofructose which I know my gut does not tolerate. Can someone from the producers congirm this??

Disappointed – To ease diarrhea I used to use this product but I find now the powder is much coarser and I now find no relief when I take it. I believe it has something to do with the addition of oligofructose in its ingredients.

My best friend – After having my ileostomy reversed inner health has really been instrumental in my recovery. My doctors told me to expect bouts of diarrhoea and build up of gas, which while I was in the hospital I was suffering badly from. When I came home I immediately started to take my inner health and within 2 hours the pain and bloating began to subside significantly. Within 24 hours my stools are forming and without the urgency I was experiencing. Three days later I've still got a lot of recovery to get through but I am confident that without inner health I would have much further to go!

Excellent – When I take one of these pills 20 minutes before eating I find that my stomach copes better with the food. I've had trouble with digestion since I was a child, and being able to swallow the bacteria that help with digestion in an easy to swallow pill form is just great. Its great that they make a dairy free version for people like myself. Nothing to dislike.
