Please please save your money and do not buy this. I thought it was going to be bad but it’s worse than bad so fool me. Get a $4 hand held spray bottle from Kmart. This is pointless . If I could give it Zero I would . Absolute trash Show details
Arrived promptly and visually attractive, sleek unit. Once set up expected what I saw advertised on T.V. So disappointing! Absolutely useless, a simple $20 pedestal fan is more effective. 2025). Total false advertising. Will never buy from this rip off company ever again. If you return within 30 days it costs you $100 ($50 for initial delivery and another $50 return postage). Save your money buy a proper air conditioner and if you cannot afford it just get a $20 fan. Sick of people in effect just stealing my money. Learn from my mistake. Do not buy from this company TV Shop any products.

as hot with icicles in the water. Icicles that I had to make in my refrigerator, pushing up the fridge’s electricity bill, if not the cooler’s bill. Not to mention water is more expensive than electricity here and these things GUZZLE water! Humidity control that doesn’t work. No water-additives allowed, so no cooling peppermint to freshen the house and keep away midges as well as make the humid air feel cooler. Won’t move across carpet – these things are supposed to be mobile. Remote controls working only about 60% of the time - keep having to get up and turn them on or off or onto cool or whatever.
How can they possibly be allowed to advertise this rubbish? Oh well, risk-free trial, right? Return at your own expense – well, I know what I paid to get it here, shouldn’t be too much more. 2½ to 4½ times as much??? You’re kidding me!!! And local couriers won’t take a single parcel, they all have to be accounts? How do I get rid of this junk??? Christmas spent on the phone trying to get someone to take this trash back whence it came. There’s my New Year’s Resolution taken care of, can’t afford food for January now! Instant diet!
Down to Kmart, 2x $15 fans, cooling, QUIET and a gentle breeze, not a gale – Heaven! If I have to replace them every year, it’s still not over $100 a month every month until next August.

Disappointed – It is quiet but you need to sit directly in front of it and have very close to get any benefit. There is not much difference with the ‘cool’ button function on or off. The water indicator window is tinted so could hardly see the level of the water which needs to be toped up less than the 8-12 hours stated. Show details
Noisey – To noisey for a bedroom sounds like a storm in my bedroom I do shift work too noisey to sleep during the day I had to get out of bed and turn it off Will cost to much to send it back so Im stuck with it Show details
Not good enough for its price – Bought 2 of these. Yes it is cheaper than aircon but the coldness it produce is nothing. A little bit colder than fan. Plus always adding and checking the water..
