I bought a vacuum x9 from tv shop, really good site to shopping with, I received item in 2 days even they not promise me to , very quick, I love their serviece, best serviece ever, seriously they not let you down, what they sell are good quality as well, good price good quality good servieces. Not kidding

Very disappointing – Not as good as l though and not worth the money. It clugs up after a few minutes constantly having to stop to un clug it.Very disappointed. As l have brough abed that l am happy with and also amassage chair which is also very good.Not good on my carpets. Show details

Totally dissatisfied with Invictus 9 purchase and TVSop Customer Service – If I could I would not even give TVShop any rating on this transaction. Purchased under promotion but did not get the included advertised promotion items. Contacted TVShop and eventually got the extra battery but did not get the motorised smaller vacuum cleaner. get someone to contact me regarding this ( which put it over the 30 day free trial period, which I discussed in emails and phone calls but was told someone would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours but they never called back). It took my emailing them saying I was going to put a stop payment on the purchase if no resolution to my concerns I had raised with them was forthcoming. When they finally called me I was initially told they will not be providing the mini vacuum but then was told they would send it at no cost if I paid the full price of the Invictus 9 upfront, instead of the planned payment system originally purchased under. I advised TVShop that mini vacuum was advertised as part of promotion so I should be given what they advertised without having to pay total cost up front to get what was part of the promotion at time of purchase. TVShop said they would not honour sending me the mini vacuum and as a courtesy they would allow me to send the whole purchase back; at my cost despite it being out of the 30 day trial period. The only reason it became out of the trial period is due to it taking weeks for TVShop to get back to me regarding my issues with non supply of advertised promotion items I was to receive. I purchased my Shark Vacuum cleaner with TVShop many years ago and had a great service and received the additional promo gifts as per advertised. However, this purchase was the worst I have ever had with any company and for them not to honour their advertised promotions is truly appalling and personally I think something should be done about this sort of false advertising. As a result of this nightmare that I have been put through over this transaction I will never ever deal with TVShop again I am sending my product back and in addition, the product is nowhere as good as TVShop states. I'll try to get my Shark Vacuum repaired as it is a brilliant product; unlike the Invictus 9. TVShop, You have lost what you have claimed "A highly valued customer" in me.

charges from the vaccum! It doesn't charge separately. It last 10 mins it's flat & gets clogged up. It's is a piece of @#$%. I got sucked into the water one & warranty. Don't do it! I've had better vaccums $100 not $1500 Australian. I wouldn't pay $10

Save your money do not buy! – Absolutely useless couldn't even suck a cobweb on standard suction but eventually managed on boost but then battery only lasts around 6 minutes, using your mouth and a straw would be better than this poor excuse for a vacuum cleaner.

Great to use, light and easy, would highly recommend – Carpet and tiles, works great on both, would suggest picking up bigger things like ripped paper as it may block and loose suction and no longer be useful in your home Show details

great – I find it great to use its light I have wood and carpet floors and long haired dog and I can clean the shower floor in seconds I also use it for the inside of the car It was a bit expensive but I think it great and dos all I want Show details

Rubbish – As expected the TV ad will state its the greatest, it wont say its bad.. Reality is its mass produced cheap-as-possible Chinese made weak plastic, poor quality electrics, garbage , mass imported in sea containers by the AU seller for next to nothing, sold at elevated prices to the gullible.. Dont expect any help from supplier support - of course they know its rubbish and will break within 6 weeks. Theyre not still in business for giving refunds..

Invictus nine Dub – Bought this item as I was hoping to get away from cords and make life easier. Did not happen. This product is as useful as a kids toy. Battery dies within minutes. The Invictus X9 is flimsy and bad quality. The TV shop customer service is woeful – I tried the Invictus X9 Vac Cleaner in good faith having been advised I could return it and not pay if I was not satisfied. I tried over one weekend and boy was I not satisfied plus I was so scared it would just fall apart as it is so flimsy, and plastic. Not just plastic y but terrible weak plastic. on my floors and infant spilled out the dirty water. It was hopeless. Upon deciding to return this very expensive piece of flimsy plastic which does not work very well at all I cleaned it and returned it in excellent condition. I was eventually sent photos of my 'so called' returned X9 which were definitely not the item I returned. I throughly cleaned the whole machine and the photos sent to me showed an item full of dirt, grit and hairs! It was extraordinary. TV Shop should be ashamed of themselves for putting out this piece of crap and charging people well over and above the price it should be which is $5. Never again
