Wastage packaging – I ordered a lip pencil. The quality of the makeup is excellent but I find myself deeply disturbed and disappointed by the wastage in the packaging. I received a voucher for Xmas that could only be used online, forcing me to have delivery despite being able to go in store. It then arrive in a box full of packaging for a single pencil. Such a terrible waste.
I can’t live with our it – The Issada Daily Gentle Cleanser is one product I can not do with out. As it’s name says it is gentle on your skin. It removes all of my makeup so easily and combined with the No Traces Make up pads it leaves my face so clean and refreshed. I would highly recommend this to everyone.
VERY DISAPPOINTING – I thought I'd try a few Issada products and have to say I'm disappointed with them all. I tried multiple eye liners and they don't stay on. After an hour or so they have disappeared and considering the price isn't cheap, I'd expect better wear time. I also purchased a minimum of $150 to get free fake lashes as they had a promo running. … Read more
Unfortunately the lashes arrived but without any glue to use with them. They're pretty much useless to me. All in all a very disappointing experience and I won't be buying from them again.
