light, there's a huge gap where you see the wiring. No refund or exchange offered just some rude guy yelling at us from Harvey Norman so now after spending all that money we are stuck with something that doesn't work.

Absolutely useless – Looks good, heat lamps are maybe a good idea but not very warming. Fan is good, I got in the roof cavity to see why this unit wouldn't even hold a tissue up and the fan blows a decent amount of air out end of the duct and when inspecting it draws well too. Waste of money – This is not a cheap product. The only good thing is its look. The fan is useless and so are the heat lamps, they produce less heat than a led light bulb. Don't waste your money Show details

will work, be of acceptable quality and do all the things someone would normally expect them to do. In the case of a 900 dollar fan such as the IXL Luminate 3 in 1, it must be fit for the purpose the business stated that it would be fit for, taking into account the type of product and cost.

I researched the extraction rate required for the size of our bathroom and chose the IXL luminate 3 in 1 for many reasons, one of which is that the Luminate’s extraction rate of 480m3/h Airflow is more than sufficient for the size of our bathroom.

This 3 in 1 fan, light and heat lamp is marketed as a premium product for medium sized bathrooms. In my small bathroom the fan is a substandard product. It might as well not be there as it performs so poorly.

Over 6 weeks of phone calls and emails to IXL have resulted in no action or assistance to date. Buy another fan.
