IXL Appliances Tastic Vivid 3 in 1 Series

Incorrect instruction booklet, warranty not honoured – Unit stopped working, IXL rep attended and decided it was not wired properly pointing to a sticker placed on the generic unit. Instruction booklet is as the electrician wired the unit. Instruction booklet not as the Rep wanted it wired. Consumer left in a situation of trying to coordinate Rep/Electrician and supplier. Not buying another IXL product as an extremely poor experience that went on for weeks.
