Sounded great but didn't arrive – Jared sounded like he would be a great electrician, but must be very busy as despite confirming that he would attend our place to do a job (after the initial booking, he reconfirmed a couple days before), he did not arrive on the day and there was no text or call to reschedule or explain why.
