Poor Quality and Bad Customer Service from Jabra – Used my 65T about 5 times over the course of 3 years and the left ear bud died suddenly. Contacted Jabra Support and they were not helpful. Many others have faced the same issue going by Forums. Charging $300 for ear buds that have a clear design defect is pure daylight robbery. I do not recommend this ear bud or any other Jabra products as it is evident they do not test their products enough. Show details

Ok. If heavily discounted – I was skeptical about getting wireless earbuds. I had tried the basic air pods, and liked them. But wanted to try something else. These Jabra's were heavily discounted after Christmas. The biggest issue is that if you want to just use one earbud for calls, it has to be the right one. The sound quality is acceptable, and greatly effected by… Read more

the silicone ear pieces fitted. I mainly use these for calls. My work has me dripping with sweat, making calls while driving between jobs, and quite active when on the job. They have no issues handling this.

Amazing product – I love my jabra headphones. I wasn't sure about plug in headphones without a cable. They stay on, I run 5 and 10 kms 3 times weekly and never had any issue. The sound is amazing, they can handle sweat and dust. I wish they had a better "find me" app as the left doesn't work alone so don't loose them or misplace them without the case!! Show details

Great wireless headphones under $150 – Overall highly recommend the Jabra Elite 65t wireless headphones. With the newer model 75t out these headphones can now be purchased for around $150 and at that price it's a great purchase. The sound quality, comfort, connection, battery life and durability all very good. Show details

Don’t let them sit for 6 months unused! – My wife and I have a set of the Jabra Elite 65t. We hadn’t used them in just over 6 months, charged them up and found we got the dreaded ‘right earbud not working’ drama that seems to be so common. According to Jabra customer service, if you let them sit for 6 months unused, “damage can occur to the product”. Totally unacceptable. Will never buy a Jabra product again.

Unbreakable – I was clearing debris from a fence and one fell in the creek. It was fine. Next day I was rebuilding the fence- same thing. I fished it out of the water and it was fine. I’m sure they don’t want you to think they’re waterproof- but I’m very impressed. Show details

Poor fit - poor sound – I'm a drummer, so I frequently use in-ears. Jabra's medium is too big and causes aching after wearing for too long, and the small is too small, doesn't seal which causes music to sound tinny and empty. The quality of sound when I'm holding them into my ears is fair, but not excellent. I've found when I jog, the jolting has begun to cause them to make a slight static noise. I wouldn't purchase again. Show details

Steer right away from these – I was really excited to buy these earbuds on sale and was greatly disappointed with the balance of sound. Pairing was quite fast and the fit was great, but the sound was only adequate; they pale in front of Apple earpods, unfortunately. Amazing sound quality and great functions – I use these for everything and the quality is great. Super comfortable and do not fall out. The battery life is so good, I forget when I need to charge them. They have better functions than Bose Soundsport and the quality is also superior. The connectivity is great. Really good value for money and I would recommend them to anyone! Show details

Great headphone, comfortable fit, easy to charge, long battery life – Positives -The headphones are really great at noise cancelling. You do not hear the outside world when you are wearing them. -Once you get the hang of fitting them in your ear they stay in quite well -The way they charge in the case is quite clever and easy to charge -The sound quality is great -The battery life seems to be quite long, I have only… Read more

charged them once since getting them and have no idea how many hours I have used them. Feels like at least 20. -Pairing is super easy. The moment I take them out of the case they immediately pair with my phone

Cons -Expensive -Pairing when first setting them up is a bit tricky -When running or doing any physical activity having both ear buds in at the same time makes you feel like you have your ears blocked. I have learned running with one is great

Terrible Earbuds – Was hyped to get these earbuds after all the positive reviews I've read about but I am so disappointed. They fit ok and seem well made but the sound is thin flat and lifeless. I tweaked them with the Jabra app and tried the different size buds supplied but this made little difference to the sound. I recently had a set of Bose Soundsport Wireless… Read more

Hands down best earphones I've ever owned – After owning and using Airpods and Bose Soundsport, I can say these are the highest sound quality, most solid bluetooth connection, and most robust headphones I've ever owned. out for a few hours they worked perfectly again. Thoroughly impressed. They've been dropped many times too and they just keep going with fantastic sound quality, great battery life, and perfect sound sync (when you watch a video with them on there is no lag - almost every other brand of wireless headphone has lag, including Bose).

Fantastic when they work, but some minor issues – These have been fantastic, connect really quickly, sound quality is good and hardly any drop offs. Poor design, quality and connectivity despite flashy extras and high price – These headphones were bought for the intention of using around the house and in the office. They are relatively comfortable to wear for extended periods though could benefit from having rubberised sleeves included in the box as the hard plastic can feel uncomfortable pressed up against my ears. My son has the JBL Free X and after using both, the… Read more

Jabra’s seem lacking in a quite a few areas compared to the JBL Free X which were bought for $160 (reduced on sale from $200) compared to the Jabra Elite 65t which were bought for $250 (reduced on sale from $300). As this was our first experience with true wireless earbuds, the JBL served as a reference point to compare to the Jabra even at a $90-$100 cheaper price point. Overall the sound quality and electronic aspects of the earbuds were good while the physical design and ease of use is poor.

Positives: - The overall sound quality is good and it is relatively comfortable to wear - There was a dedicated app that could be used when the headphones were paired via Bluetooth to the device. - It showed an accurate percentage remaining of the battery (which seemingly would be more accurate than say the default iOS battery widget which estimates this) - It also allowed for software updates to the earbuds as well as have diagrams to remind the user of how to use the controls. - It also featured Moments. This was a feature that allowed for multiple “Moments” which meant a specific set of settings can be applied for different situations such as “Focus” or “Commute”. The settings that can be adjusted include: HearThrough which plays back outside noise so that you are more aware of your surroundings, an equaliser, settings to have the audio pause when the earbuds are moved away from each other as well as settings controlling how calls through the earbuds sound. - The charging case is very compact and light.

Negatives: - The buds lose connectivity if the connected device is more than a metre or two away leading to drop outs if I quickly walk away such as to grab a glass of water. Again comparing this to the Free X, the connectivity didn't falter at opposite ends of the house. - The lid for the charging case is quite flimsy and as it was quite top-heavy it seemed quite easily damaged. Compared to this the JBL, had a spring-loaded clasp which seemed more durable. - The case is difficult to open and needs to pried open with both hands - The earbuds aren’t magnetised (unlike almost all the other true wireless earbuds in the market) and do not easily click into the charging case and can easily fall out when opening the case. It is hard to know if the earbuds are correctly charging as the groove allows for the earbuds to not sit correctly. The JBL’s have a very secure magnetic connection so that it clicks into place even if the buds were loosely dropped directed at the docking position. The magnets are strong enough that the case could be held upside down with the lid opened and the buds would remain charging. I assume this would be handy if the case was accidentally dropped in a place like a car as the buds wouldn’t roll out and scatter. - In addition to this flaw, there is no continuous light to indicate that the earbuds are charging, especially since they do not magnetically attach to the charging case making it hard to know if the connection is secure. There is a light that blinks but I feel again the JBL does this better as there is a LED that constantly glows to show the charging status of each bud, with a translucent lid so that you can still see a dimmed view of if the buds are still charging or have finished. - The charging port is mounted on the bottom rather than the side. This makes it hard to open the lid to take the buds out or put them back while the case is charging as the only flat side it can rest on is on its side with the lid facing sideways. Again, compared to the JBL, the case sits flat on the desk while charging from the side and the buds can be placed inside like a jewellery box. - Another feature that I liked on the JBL was the fact that when the main right bud was switched off, the left would remotely switch off in tandem. On the Jabra, the left bud still remains on and the only seeming way to switch it off is having to manually force this by putting back in the case. - The HearThrough transparency feature, while innovative, doesn’t work well in practice as it simply records outside sounds via the microphone and plays it back (with a slight delay) to the wearer. Personally, it is a very strange feeling and as I find it annoying and unfortunately have to switch this off and treat the buds like regular earphones and remove them manually if I wanted to hear the ambient noise.

Finally I had to return these buds a few months later as the left earbud stopped charging and was not powering on.

Left earbud issues – As another mentioned. The left earbud works for a few minutes out of the case and then drops sound.... It seems to be a connection issue between the left and right but regardless not what you'd expect of a 300 + set of ear buds. Show details

Not worth it – I bought it specifically because reviews of the product said it is good for calls. I really needed that. It is not. I connected it to my iPhone X. People complain that they can’t hear me clearly and the background noise is awful. I also struggle continuously to connect it to my laptops with Windows 10. Really disappointed that I paid so much for something that does not deliver. Q, Perth. Show details

Excellent!! Best performer. However – I'm on my 3rd pair this year as of yesterday. Best in class. Even with problem. So comfortable I've nearly walked into the shower with them on forgetting I'm still wearing them as they are so light n comfortable.

Waste of money – At first, I thought these wireless EarPods were terrific. That didn't last long, less then a year. Now, they are totally unreliable. Can't live without them on my commute, great value for wireless earbuds – Initially did a lot of research into the highest quality product in the market and came upon these. Battery life isn't too bad, if you're using them consistently you'll find yourself having to charge them every 2 days.

After 3 months of using these for the daily commute, I can honestly say it's been a dream to use.

The only slightly negative is that when you're using them to speak over the phone, the receiver takes a lot of background noise. Maybe not the best to frequently use for important phone calls/phone meetings. Normal phone call use is fine.

Great little ear buds – I bought these to use for overseas trips and when I go walking and it's been perfect! The sound quality is good for what I use it for but if I was really picky, it could be a bit better for listening to music. The only downside is the long term comfort. They start to cause a bit of soreness after wearing them for hours so as long as I take a break in between, they're fine. Show details

Love Them – Was a bit uncomfortable at the start but that's coming from a headphone user. Now I don't even notice I'm wearing them. Shocking sound quality – Poor sound quality, white noise clearly audible when they ‘connect’. Left ear has a rattle sound. Limited bass, limited volume. I was shocked how bad these were. Pretty much all round awesome but there's one major flaw – Before I bought these, I researched a lot of the wireless earphones on the market… Jaybird, Samsung, Sony, Bose, Blueant and Cygnet… and the Jabra Elite Active 65t won my own personal scoring system. So, I bought these and used them for around three months and they were perfect. Sound was brilliant, connectivity great, using the app was a breeze… Read more

and calls were clear. The first time I made a call it was super windy and the person on the other end of the phone call said that they had no problem at all hearing me.

Listening time was around 5 hours per charge as advertised and the charging box was small and sleek. They fit in the ear comfortably and no fatigue was experienced. The choice of three different-sized ear buds was an expected feature and as always, medium fits me best. Occasionally, I could feel a bud getting loose but all I needed to do was just give it a little push and twist to comfortably lock it into my canal.

However, recently I was walking along the sidewalk and suddenly the bud popped out without warning. Unfortunately, it bounced onto the road and unluckily, a car ran over it and busted it open. The worst thing is that it was the bud that has the Bluetooth connectivity so now, I can’t even use the opposite bud to listen to music with one ear ☹ So, these truly great wireless earbuds are not so great when you can’t use them because they are broken.

On a positive note, I would 100% recommend these for people to use around the house or office. These buds were so close but oh so far. I will go back to the Bluetooth earphones that have a thick and sturdy cord around the back of the neck.
