Dont leave uncharged for 6 months – Purchased but not opened for 10 months due to foot injury. Upon opening, the right ear bud is dead and can not be charged. Jabra state the following: "As it turns out, leaving the Elite Active 65t uncharged for 6 months puts them outside of the limited warranty terms." Show details

Unless its $80, it's overpriced – These were my first entry into the wireless Bluetooth earphones so I was quite excited. The functionality is excellent and the audio quality is ok. But when I bought these back in early 2019 these were $329 Unfortunately the poor quality control of the Jabra series headsets I had experience with for work purposes had carried over to these niche… Read more

consumer grade products.

1st pair had lasted 6 months till either a battery or defect kicked in, that is the left ear piece was at 30% of the volume the right ear piece was at. Troubleshooting included firmware upgrades, different hardware, charging the docking completely and adding/removing the app on the phone. In the end they were replaced.

2nd pair (under warranty) lasted 1 year 2 months and ended up with the exact same issue, even though standard warranty is 1 year and 2-3 year requires registration Jabra was kind enough to give me a new pair.

3rd pair is going strong so far for 3 months.

While I cannot fault, in fact would praise the professionalism of the Jabra support team and also the JB HIFI team (original store of purchase) in assisting and offering me warranty replacement with very little hassle. I would not be claiming warranty after my 3rd pair breaks.

It had a good run, but the product for what it is, would strongly recommend against purchasing it for anything more then $80.

Worst Ear Phones I have ever owned – I have been using these for 2 months now and wish I never bought them. I got these for the gym, but I come out ofnthe gym in a bad mood using these earphones. Sound quality and volume control is terrible, even with the jabra app. Sounds goes loud/quite as to how they are adjusted in your ears. I want to control this not the earphone. As soon as… Read more

any sweat touchs them, this also adjusts the sound quality and they constantly fall out of my ears. When people call me, they cant hear me properly, again very poor sound. These earphones make me so angry everytime I use them, I just want earphones to put in my ears, run, sweat and listen to my music with no issues. These are the complete opposite. I would not recommend anyone to waste your money on these. Awful earphones!! I had the Bose ones before and will be going back to them.

Excellent wireless earphones – I have used these earbuds every day for 15 months. They're a product I take everywhere. I even use them in the shower - the waterproofing stands up really well. The sound is excellent. The size of the case is great compared to Beats. The battery life is very good. Only shortcomings are that the noise isolation (i.e. how well they block out… Read more

external noise) is only okay compared to, say, Etymotic's wired earbuds and, like all bluetooth earphones, there is a slight lag when watching videos.

They are also slightly bulky compared to the newer 75t model. But overall an excellent product that has held up well to extensive use over 15 months.

So far so good – I use the headphones to watch videos while running on treadmill. There is no lag/delay in sound at all. The earbuds fit well, never fall off and are really comfortable. The sound and hear through option can be set using the app and I am quite happy with it. I do not use them often and only need to charge the case once in a while. There is a 2 year… Read more

warranty (with app registration) against sweat and dust which clinched the deal for me as I had problem with a cheaper brand after 1 year. I have used the headphones within 5m range and can hear ok.

Excellent product, crappy Amazon delivery – Everything about these is perfect, except one earbud in my delivery from Amazon was broken, completely split in two. Am going to process an exchange/refund and will be able to report back on outcome soon. Show details
