Jabra Evolve2 65

Good while they last – 2 stars only because they were good while they lasted. The negative speaker wire that runs to the circuit board just fell off due to either poor design or workmanship. Many others have the same issue, won't be buying a Jabra again.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE – I wonder if anyone knows ehat happens when the lithium battery in your very expensive Jabra headset dies? Usually it is a matter of replacing with a new purchased battery. Well the only problem is that the connector and battery seem to be proprietary designs belonging to Jabra. I cannot source one anywhere. Contact Jabra about purchasing g a… Read more
genuine replacement from them to ge told that is not possible. Purchase a new headset seems to be their philosophy.
So your expensive item that should work for many many years is reduced to the lifespan of a small lithium battery.
Poor build – I have always treated the headset with care and put it in the pouch when not in use. The silver part on the side with the mic boom broke but I held in place with a rubber band but finally broke off and now lost. Support said from pictures is caused by mishandling. I have other jabra headsets but have now been soured of their products. Especially… Read more
when coating close to $300 and only used for computers based on design and features. To their credit the sound side did meet expectation as with connectivity. Not the first jabra device but will be the last for me and cannot recommend to anyone.
Brilliant for multiple devices multiple apps, great audio input and output – As a consultant I use these every single day to attend phone and video conferences with clients on Zoom and MS Teams as well as Skype for Business. The clarity of speech that I send as well as hearing others is brilliant, and cannot be faulted - great consistent quality with an appropriate level of volume. The charging capability over USB-C is… Read more
brilliant, and fast and has recharged many times since I've owned these without a fault nor a noticeable decline in battery life. The microphone rotates down and in front of your mouth without obstruction or annoyance and automatically mutes and unmutes depending on it's position which is really handy. The padding on the headset itself is comfortable and I've attended many multi-hour conferences wearing these without any discomfort or need to take them off or reposition them at all. I have found that pairing these with my phone (iPhone) and my PC (Windows 11 via Jabra 380 USB adaptor) works really well and switching between inputs is easy and really useful.
I only have one minor issue with the headset where the earpads themselves are slowly deteriorating but you can buy replacement pads and this is to be expected as general wear and tear.
Do I highly recommend these? Absolutely. If you're in the market for a reliable, solid, great sounding headset that can also playback music from your paired device without a hassle and with great audio quality too, get on to these, you will not regret your choice.
Great headset. Quiet and light – Use for work and personal phone calls. Once you’ve set up to connect to computer and phone (which is a bit fiddly) everything works perfectly. Suitable for home/office. Great sound. Incredible noise canceling. Clear and crisp. Show details
Great but earpiece came apart from headband – No extreme or rough use, had the headset since November 2021 and the earpiece has come apart from the headband. Great quality sound and last great on charge otherwise. The comfort is exceptional. Show details
Not up to specs – I wanted headphones to Connect to my PC for Dragon Naturally Speaking Connect to my PC for Zoom Connect to my iPhone Connect to my iPad These were 'supported' for Dragon. Connecting was a real hit & miss affair. Unlike most headphones this has no app to assist. At times I could spend 10-15 mins trying to get it to connect. Once connect via… Read more
Bluetooth range was just 11m - repeatedly tested - it did come anywhere close to to 30m claimed.. It did NOT enable dictation as claimed. Connection to iPhone for calls or music was good. Comfort was just so-so.
I returned them for a refund.

This thow away up to date culture only creates more waste from every front weather its economic or e-waste. I am utterly shocked no one has reviewed this headset, which is absolute necessity in this pandamic online meeting world. … Read more
