once! Sound is rubbish, i can hardly hear who I'm talking too regardless of volume level and when I'm talking there is loads of feedback. The earpiece consistently turns itself off without warning. The call/answer button doesn't respond most times. It is the worst earpiece ever.☹☹ I wish I'd bought more than 1 of the plantronics 50. Best earpiece ever and it's been discontinued, go figure ???
