***FABULOUS!!!*** Janome Sewing Center, Everton Park, Australia. Absolutely wonderful service in every regard. I didn't think I would be able to get a new motor for my very old Janome safety stitch, and they gave me the exact replacement at a decent price. Big relief, very delighted. Very good communication too. Will go straight back to them with all my sewing machine needs, after such a good experience. Thanks so much to the wonderful Janome team at Everton Park!

I feel compelled to inform you all of my wonderful shopping and buying experience over the last few days, buying a sewing machine from JANOME SEWING CENTRE in Everton Park, Queensland. The machine arrived today - impressively and beautifully, and safely packaged, and was delivered right on time today. I'm extremely impressed with the service that all of the staff there provided to me, from the phone call, where I made my initial enquiries, to the fantastic advice and help offered to me by the customer service personnel, to the messages received, to the generous upgrade and postage help, to the rapid shipping, parcelling-up and shipping off. And then they topped it all off by sending me a lovely 'confirmation of delivery email' thanking me for my purchase and offering any help in the future - all care has been shown to me all the way down the chain of operations. I simply can't praise these people too highly. Their attention to detail and customer service is second to none and so it is with great pleasure that I most heartily recommend them to anyone -COUNTRYWIDE, as I live at opposite ends of the country to them, and the distance posed absolutely no problems whatsoever. In fact, their prices were cheaper than my local dealer, and the deal that they offered me far surpassed my local dealer - who was "unable" - unwilling - to offer any deal or sweetener at all. Plus, as an added bonus, I didn't have to find parking and pay for parking, carry the parcel from the shop for quarter kilometre to the parking station, to here and carry it from my car up the steps and then into my home - as it was brought to my door - literally and figuratively "SERVICE WITH A SMILE". I also love that they had signature required and dealt with Australia Post, - which is a treble bonus in my estimation - which is a far superior service to any others here in Tasmania. I have yet to learn how to operate my brand new Janome DC1030 sewing machine, but I am encouraged by the thought that if I run into any difficulties then I feel sure that the lovely folks there at JANOME SEWING CENTRE way up there in Queensland, will be happy to give me instructions and advice on its use. I am so chuffed with the whole purchase - yeehaw!!
