JayBird Tarah
1 review
You should expect a short product life, Jaybird does! – I purchased Jaybird Tarah Nimbus in mid 2020. They worked well enough and I obeyed the charging instructions from the robot in my ear. At a little over a year - the default warranty period - the battery life crashed and the unit stopped working. I got helpful trouble shooting info from tech support, but none of the steps made any difference. Once they found out the unit was outside warranty they washed their hands.
To me, that says that they have no expectation that the unit will last much longer, and the world is already too full of crappy tech like that.
Purchased in at JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores for $79.
