Terrible product, even worse support – Headphones purchased for $250AUD Ok for comfort when running. Sound quality average and poor call quality unless in completely silent room. Minor problems after 12 months, which gradually progressed to not working at all. Reached out to support - managed to use their instructions and reset which solved the problem for one use then stopped again. … Read more

They offer no tech support despite my willingness to pay. Easy to see why these were discontinued.

Do not buy Jaybird.

The good and the bad – Used these for a mix of listening to music at my desk or when walking / indoor training. As a sports headphone they worked well, stayed put in your ears and connected pretty well most of the time. Sound quality was pretty good as was the battery life. On the negative side I could not use for phone calls or other applications as the mic really… Read more

doesn’t work well at all. First pair lasted 8 months before rubber on the control unit started to expand/ warp (no longer water resistant). Customer service was very good and they promptly replaced them with a new pair. 8 months on and the second pair had the same issue with the controller and now few months on they have stopped working/ charging altogether. I got reasonable use out of them and as a sports headphones only they were fine however for the price the longevity in my view was pretty poor. I will be looking elsewhere next time.

Faulty charging systems lets the headphones down – Great for running in the rain, fit comfortably and quite good sound but I’m on my second set and will need a third! JB Hi fi have replaced them as they stop charging. Trouble shooting says it could be because they may have got dust but I’ve tried cleaning them and it doesn’t fix it. Seems to be a flaw. Would not buy again Show details

Great Headphones but poor Bluetooth connectivity – Great headphones but connectivity is absolute rubbish. Will be buying another brand to replace these. Have been in contact with support but they just told me to do a hard restart. Fixed nothing. Never buy again.

headphones are great but i lost an ear gel and I can't replace it. Jaybird don't stock the accessory pack. Don't risk it – Jaybird don't stock the accessory pack so you cant replace the ear gels if you lose one making them either very uncomfortable to use or just completely useless which is very disappointing for such expensive headphones Show details

An absolute mistake about buying this product – IF you are looking for a product which lasts for a bit of time, do stay away from Jaybird Tarah Pro. I purchased this product a year ago and after only few times using it, one of the buds (the right one) started playing up. I returned it to store and they said they cant accept me returning it since it was working fine when they tested in store. … Read more

We were in lockdown so I wasn't using it for a while... After lockdown when I used it the air buds stopped working and this time when I returned it to store they said now it is out of warranty!!!! The headphones do not fit in ears properly and they keep falling down when exercising like running, you only should twist it around your ear to make it stay. Do not buy a product with such a bad quality and service...

Were great until now – Best gym earphones I've ever owned over the last 2 yrs. Used them heaps during hitt sessions, trail runs and cycling. Battery held charge for over 10hours and the quick charge was handy. Sadly it stop working and won't connect to Bluetooth anymore. Will have to research a new set Show details

They have got the job done. No issues in 2 years – As per topic, I have bought these two years ago, used frequently in the gym, when running and sometimes paired with the computer. Battery life has been excellent, sound quality not bad (audiophiles may complain they are too bass heavy and lack soundstage), build quality no issues to report. I read the other reviews and unfortunately I have to disagree - the product does as it says it does.  Show details

Decent sound, terrible build quality – After a few months the plastic on the buttons began to lift, meaning that the headphones were no longer water resistant. I had issues of it not pairing to my phone, sometimes they just wouldn’t turn on and I would need to soft reset to get them working. I have owned them for just over a year and last week the stopped turning on. No amount of soft or hard reset has helped. Very disappointed in the quality given the cost of the headphones  Show details

Dont ever buy this product – Don't ever buy this product. Customer support from Jaybird will do anything not to meet their basic obligations. I bought a pair of Tarah Pros and after 3 months they would not charge. Its a known problem and then since July 2020 I have been promised a replacement pair from Jaybird customer support in the USA but it is a lie. Don't buy this product Show details

Great headphones... For 3 months – These were perfect headphones for 5 months - great call quality, great sound quality, love the switch fit for jogging. Really good sound isolation. Then they stopped being able to charge, and that was all she wrote. Waiting to see if jaybirds will replace them as this is clearly a common manufacturing fault. Show details

Battery won't stay charged – These are brand new. Have not even owned them a week and they won't hold charge. They go from completely charged to totally flat in 1 day when they are completely off. Unfit for sale in Australia under Australian Consumer Laws. Show details

Don't buy - I've had 2 pairs and both have severe battery issues – First pair lasted 2 weeks and then charging/battery issues presented so I had a replacement pair sent and after about a month with the replacement pair the battery issues started again. Battery won't hold the charge. I always charge via USB port on my laptop which I understand is the safest way to charge. I will charge the headphones to 100% and… Read more

then turn them off and store them in the pouch, by the next morning they are completely flat having not even been used. I'll get about 1 hour usage out of them normally, so much for the 14 hours of playback! After contacting Jaybird, I was told I was only due a replacement, no refund. Why would I want a third set of inferior headphones? They are not cheap and are completely useless. Do not buy, you will be disappointed.

Unreliable and poor customer support – I bought jaybird tarah pro December 2018. Initially it was performing well. After 3/4 months I noticed that rubber volume button was pealing off and multipoint was not working and frequent call drop with poor call quality. The main reason of buying this earbuds were multi point function and long battery life. I contacted Logitech and they took… Read more

ages to replace the unit. After receiving the replacement unit, I found that multipoint is not working and battery life is nearly half than original and call dropping from the very beginning. I contacted back to Logitech and I was told that "now it is out of warranty period and can not provide any support". My advice do not buy any jaybird product. There are a lot of reliable product in market now.

Shocking Headphones – Just coming back to change my original review. In regards to comfort and sound quality I really like these headphones. In regards to charging I have had nothing but issues. My first set never charged properly and the battery died. These where replaced by Jaybird - their customer service is pretty good. My second pair now also have charging issues… Read more

and the charging cradle plastic is starting to degrade. The cradle lives on my very clean and tidy desk in my room. Ive been using Jaybird for the past 8 years, have never had any problems from previous models. Very disappointed with their newest addition for AU$200+. Wont be buying again. Real shame!!
