Not worth the price tag – Lasted less than 2 years. The volume has diminished without any damage and is basically useless. We have exhausted all the troubleshooting available to fix the issue which goes out to say that the product is defective and no amount of troubleshooting will fix this issue.

In an ideal situation if the product is in warranty we replace the entire product to give a seamless experience to customers as we do not have Jaybird repair centers worldwide.

After validating the information provided by you I am afraid your product's warranty period lapses and we are unable to initiate a replacement.

I can imagine how frustrating this can be for you. I would feel the same in your situation, believe me, if there was anything else I could have done to fix this. I would have done it.

Requesting your understanding on the same and I appreciate your co-operation on this.

Unable to purchase replacement earbud – Lost earbud. Went in line to find replacement. Not available anywhere in Australia. See email to support. This is the response. This was only purchased 3 months ago. Do not buy Jaybird unless you can guarantee you won't lose one. They would not be able to honour warranties either.

Here for a good time but not a long time – Good sound quality, light and fit really comfortably in my ear. Battery life also good. I'd expect them to last closer to the 2 year+ mark without any issues. The blue tooth also doesn't connect well in the way that when receiving a call, I'd swap to my phone audio only to have the earbuds suddenly replace it when I accept the call. There's probably better overall quality for a cheaper price tag.

Great earbuds. Customer Service uselessly incompetent – Bought a pair of Jaybird Vista earbuds online. They were missing size 1 & 3 eargels. One bud kept falling out - the other sizes were absolutely needed... Contacted customer support. After multiple emails, 2 weeks later they sent thru a discount code which didn't work. Ideal for running, but lacking call clarity – Can easily switch bluetooth connections between my phone and running ipod, it sits very snugly in ear, and has not fallen out. Call quality needs some work. The recharging case is excellent, and only needs recharging every 2 weeks. I use this 4 times a week. I do love it for running. Show details
