Nice fit but a lot of issues and terrible customer service – JAYBIRD earphones are the best fit for me. But after 5 months of using them daily for my running one day they turned off and impossible to turn them back on. On charge the LED light turns green but it doesnt charge and impossible to turn them on ever again. 200$ and 5 months of use. Trying to reach Customer service but very little hope to get… Read more

anything as i do no longer have the box. This issue seems common to happen just right after warranty so save yourself the troubles and the money and buy another brand. Their products look goods but don t last more than a year.

Save your Money / Do Not Buy Jaybirds! – I kept my earphones in perfect condition and they worked well, until a month after the 1 year warranty expired and suddenly they just wouldn't turn on anymore? After troubleshooting through a series of emails back and forth with jaybird, I was told because the warranty has expired there was nothing they could do! Very suspicious that for no reason… Read more

at all their Ear Buds stop working shortly after the warranty expires. I've since done my research and it turns out this is a common occurrence with JayBirds! Save your money, the company is dodgy making earphones that only last until the warranty expires!

Good headphones for running and cycling – I bought these headphones to use when running and cycling and they work really well. I used to have the old Sony type with the cord however wanted to try the wireless/bluetooth model. Was recommended these by teh sales person at JB HI-FI and they work really well. Got them on special so well worth the money holds good charge and easy to put on and off phone calls pretty clear too Show details

These are great, but have a couple of drawbacks – I got these as a Christmas present. I like to listen to podcasts at work and before bed etc etc. I like the fact that they are joined together, it's handy to be able to take one out and leave it hanging around the neck. Sound quality seems good (they cancel noise out pretty well but not too much so that you can't hear what's going on around you)… Read more

and the call quality during phone calls seems to be good. I often have my phone in my left pocket while listening to podcasts with the right ear piece, and I've noticed at times this causes the stream to cut out when I turn my head a certain way. I guess the bluetooth receiver is somewhat directional, easily fixed by putting the phone in a better position (like back pocket or something).

The range is really good and fibro walls in the house don't seem to interfere even if going from one room to another. I find the range quite impressive actually.

Would be even better if they were water proof enough to use in a bath tub etc but I guess there are more specific products for that.

They came with a variety of silicone ear fittings, I find sometimes it can be easy to lose one if you're not careful, so be careful. At first I was using the smaller ones, I took the hook things off and at one stage the silicone thing got stuck in my ear (not stuck but came off the earphone and was hard to get out with the fingers), switching to the larger ones solved that issue though. The little foam ones also work well but not quite as secure in the ear compared to the silicone ones.

I know the charging cord is kind of short and it takes a little bit to get used to the way the clip in, but I've found charging to be pretty quick and easy. I do like how they say how much charge there is each time you connect. I've found the amount of charge to be pretty adequate also for my use anyway, even 20-40 % will get me through a few hours of work without running out, and the battery lasts surprisingly well when they're left on because I usually fall asleep listening to podcasts, so I'm quite happy with the battery life for my usage.

Not perfect but they work pretty well and have good battery life, I'm pretty happy. If the charging contacts weren't on the back of the volume control thingy I think they could potentially be even more waterproof (not a good idea to get those contacts wet I don't think).

I also like the fact they're not too bulky. So yes I would probably recommend them.

EDIT: Jan 20201 Unfortunately now just after a year they have suddenly stopped working. The charge light is green but I get no response from them at all (won't turn on). Up until now they have been great, but considering the cost I would have expected a longer life time, I'm not sure if warranty is longer than 12 months but even so since they were a gift I don't have the receipt to claim warranty anyway. A bit disappointed in the end, however I did pretty much use them daily.

Excellent Headphones! – Purchased my JayBird X4 Headphones since August 2019 and have used them regularly since then with great satisfaction! I use them connected to my iPhone 8+ for running, cycling, lifting weights as well as Crossfit-styled workouts in the gym. They also connect to my MacBook Air 2018 model for watching Netflix and YouTube videos Excellent sound… Read more

quality. Great connection with no lag. I have small ears and they never fall out when running or doing burpees. I have used them running in the rain with no affect to sound quality. Long battery life lasting 6-8 hours and fast to recharge. Would definitely recommend for all-round wireless bluetooth headphones.

Great Fit Wonderful Sound Quality – Headphones are difficult to buy..... the X4's are not. I use them for running, biking and just listening to the lastest podcast...they do the job. The best thing about my X4's is that they don't fall out with every step. perfect. Show details

Don’t buy! Will suddenly stop working – Bought the product earlier this year used for moderate gym use and the occasional run. Firstly within a month of buying the headphones the right earphone stopped working then another couple of weeks later it stopped turning on altogether. Please avoid this product, considering the price it’s too much to invest for the risk of buying g a faulty good. Show details
