Great headphones but will fail just outside warranty – Headphones failed after 13 months which was outside their 12 month warranty. This is a common fault, if you check google a lot of people have had the same issue. I suspect this will eventually happen to all of them. Because the headphones fold the cable wears out at the fold and breaks. JBL suggested I repair them myself but when I tried they said they don't offer spare parts because the headphones are obsolete. The internal cable is a 14 core audio cable so it's not easily sourced.
Other problems included very poor bluetooth connectivity with my laptop, getting it to work was very hit and miss (worked fine with phone). Also the buttons are near useless as it's hard to tell which buttons you are pushing
EDIT: I would like to add that I have been chasing up Harmon for spare parts and a repair for a week now. It's hard to describe how bad their service is. The chat support has a very limited ability to do anything, they just keep repeating the headphones are not repairable and parts are not available. Phone support was similar but they gave me 2 email addresses to contact. I sent a message to both and no response after 5 days. I have also raised a support request with no response after 3 days. The one and only place they do respond is if you leave a review on their website, but with a generic response to contact their useless support. I have got to the point of leaving new reviews asking them to look at my support case.

Great flexible option for noise cancellation or everyday use – Excellent sound quality. Easy to use and to set up. comes with a lead, so it can be plugged in. This is very handy when flying, as the noise cancellation technology works great on a long haul flight. Built in rechargeable battery has good life, comes in a nifty case to protect the headphones. The only downside is that the headphones have to be folded in a certain way to fit in the case, which is a little cumbersome. Otherwise, highly recommended. Got these for 1/2 price in an offer from JB Hi Fi, so excellent value for money. I have a pair of Bose QC15 and these are pretty comparable in sound quality.
