ZERO BASS , sounds terrible – The factory settings on this thing are horrible! Sounds echoey with ZERO bass. For me there's no point listening to music without the bass , it's like having s#x without an orgasm. Just disappointing. I downloaded the app to make it sound slightly more pleasant to listen to but If you want to waste 60 bucks on a shocking sounding speaker go for it, if not invest your money in something of better quality that you can actually enjoy listening to if your a bass lover like me.

1 step away from 5 star – Recently bought 2 of these speakers to upgrade from the Go 3 speaker I have, mainly due to the added functionality that they can be connected together for stereo sound. Feels good in the hand , controls are good, you can skip to previous song now. Sound quality has been improved noticeably compared to the Go3, however it is still a tiny speaker so don't expect full sound. Let's be honest no speaker of this size will produce fuller sound Having said that much better than listening to any audio through any phone's speaker but lot worse than for example an alexa dot speaker. Small enough to fit into most pockets, connection to the phone and setting up for stereo sound is easy. You can also download the JBL app and fiddle around with some setting if you feel like. Unfortunately no speakerphone functionality which is a shame for a speaker that is not the best for music due to it's size. However other speakers of this size with speakerphone capabilities cost you more hard earnt coins. Might just be part of the deal. I would highly recommend this little speaker if you can live without the speakerphone feature. I can't comment on the battery life as I don't use them extended periods of time.

good little thing – I like how compact it is. This is well built unit designed to be truly portable. A rubbery hard external design is well suited for it to be transported regularly. It packs a decent sound for its size. I would recommend it, if you are willing to spend around that $60 mark.
