Great sound, but only when connected! – I use these for web conferences with my work MacBook. No issues. Can not use these with my iPhone or iPad. Music constantly pauses, have tried everything for over 12 months including airplane mode with only the earbuds connected. No luck.

very comfortable. Good noise cancelling! Connection is unstable – JBL Live Pro+ TWS Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones. I wanted to try wireless earbuds that wouldn’t fall out of my ears. These earbuds fit snuggly and securely in my small ears and didn’t fall out during physical activity. The packaging was very discrete and neat. Battery life was fantastic, I didn’t have to charge them for over a week after I first got them. However, the connection is unstable, particularly in busy environments my music is constantly pausing for no reason, and I have to manual start my music again on my phone. Touch buttons are either too sensitive or not sensitive enough. Calls using the earbuds only work half the time and some times they will just drop out mid call. Overall good earbuds just really wish they worked consistently.

So Disappointed – Comfortable ear fit, Bluetooth with iPhone connection is fab. Sound quality is extremely disappointing and noise canceling is extremely poor.
