Avoid that product – The headphones are disconnecting even when you are in the middle of a conversation. When you move more than the distance of it's range, it doesn't connect again when you move close to the phone. Show details

Lasted 6 months – Decent sound quality and bass. Lightweight and snug fit earbuds. Unfortunately it only lasted 6 months. It does not charge anymore. I was able to bring it back to life with a factory reset but it has now given up. It's never been harshly treated. Only ever used them for music for bed. I'll look beyond JBL for my next purchase. Show details

Terrible - Do Not Buy – I bought these and within 2 weeks they would cut in and out, pause for 20-30 seconds then come back on. By week 3 they were still doing it but the unit would then "fast foward". I contacted the manufacturer who said to take them back where I bought them and do an exchange. The 2nd pair were no better a d would do the exact same thing. Very frustrating. I do not recommend these at all Show details

Built to only last as long as the warranty – Ok until just over a month out of warranty. After contacting the local supplier was told, sorry only covered in the warranty period, they will not repair it and the only option is to purchase a new one. Show details

Great sound but very disappointing value – Bought these about two years ago. Sound is very good. They fit well but after little to moderate use the battery died. I asked JBL if I could replace the battery but, of course, the battery unit is sealed so they basically informed me to throw them away and buy new ones. I did. Another brand. Honestly disappointing to have to spend almost $180,… Read more

barely use the item and then be told that I have to throw them away. Don’t buy from JBL unless you get extended warranty or if you’re comfortable with throwing out the earphones after a couple of years‘ (very limited) use. After sales service was disappointing as well. Don’t rely on past reputation.

Not for running – The sound is fine. However they are useless for any physical activity other than a gentle walk. The cord bounces around you neck and pulls them out of your ears. I wouldn’t recommend them. Show details

Keep falling out – Sound quality is good but keep falling out. These are cheap and I took a risk by buying them but I should have spent more as these don't even stay in your ears. Show details

Good volume and bass – I listen to all genres of music with these and i listen to them while on a loud motorbike and the sound is still good. I am satisfied with the quality of the sound which is really good for $15 and the volume again is really good. The bass and clarity are better than what I expected. The cord is a good length too. But definitely good for the price. Show details

Great earphones for a low price – I really like these earphones, the sound is better than the wired set that came with my phone. Sound is a little bassy, but lots of detail in the sound listening to rock/pop type music. I find that I get at least 6 hours of battery life out of these, although I don't listen to music at high volumes. The earphones are very light but seem pretty… Read more

well made. I paid about $50 AUD for them. Bluetooth connection is easy and reliable, remote on cord has a simple on and off button and volume controls- very easy to use.

I also find that the tips fit my ear very well, and block out most outside noise. Your mileage may vary though as everybody has different sized and shaped ear canals. Had this set for 6 months now, very happy with them. Great sound but wouldn't be too upset if lost/stolen or broken at $50!

A bit scratchy noise at times. Also giving me a headache after 30 minutes. I use them for phone calls – Not very happy. The Magnets are giving me a terrible headache. Would like to return them if at all possible. They look nice and easy to connect to Bluetooth. Thank you Show details

Loud static noise (right side) – HI, I had just recently bought the JBLT110T in August 2019(est 4 months ago). The earphones had been fantastic before, but about 2 days ago(27th NOV) the right ear side had gone severely quite. I than had not turned on the earphones since today(29th NOV). When turning on my music the right ear side had a really strong STATIC SOUND. This had me… Read more

worried as it hurt my ear. If this is a manufacturing issue this is definitely needing to be resolved. I am now completely disappointed as Im not able to use the earphones. I would definitely like a change in earphones or even have a response from JBL and resolve this issue as it is concerning.

The cord is way too long – The cord that wraps around your neck is so long that when running it bounces around so much it’s unbearable. Also the volume control plus this other plastic bit act like weights so when running it pulls the ear bud out of the ears. Show details

Deplorable Battery Life – I wish had checked this site before buying these headphones. Mine last 90 minutes...not even in the ballpark of the 6 hour claim. I'm going to try to return them for a refund. Don't waste your money. Show details

I like mine. Not sure what everyone else is complaining about – I bought these to replace some really expensive wired Audio Technica's which I had lost. At first I was a little underwhelmed by the sound quality (they were too bassy) but after a while they seemed to "break in" and I like them now. I only use them on the bus so I can't tell if they really last the full 6 hours or not, but I have never needed… Read more

to listen to 6 hours of music at once. They have yet to run out on me (but I am pretty paranoid about keeping them charged in my down time).

You get what you pay for – 1. First complaint, battery life. When I first got it, it didn't last 2hrs. However, I feel like the battery actually lives longer as it grows older and undergoes more charging cycles, although the 6hrs they claim may be a long stretch of imagination. 2. Sound quality is not great at all. It cannot beat the wired Samsung stock phone earphones… Read more

that it was meant to replace. The Samsung earphones have more oomph while this JBL wireless earphones sounds thin. Good enough if you're not picky or trying to get a Bose sound with $40. 3. When I first got it, I used it while riding my bicycle. I was getting static noise, I don't know if there is science behind it with Bluetooth over the air and all that, but it could be attributed to wind, because if I shield it under my shirt, and place my phone on the side of me that is not directly hit by the side wind, the noise gets less. And if I fiddle around with the buttons on the controller/receiver and the cable connected to it, I may arrive at a sweet spot where the noise is gone, and I shall be a statue and not move to avoid disturbing the sweet spot (not possible!). 4. After the rocky 1-2 months of honeymoon period, I've had about 6months of pretty trouble-free use. Battery life is acceptable to my needs, I don't know, maybe about 2-3 hrs. No noise. Now, in the past week, I've been having static noise EVERY time, wind or no wind. It is soooo annoying that I deem this earphones useless and worthy of the bin. Fiddling with the controller no longer helps. The noise is here to stay. I'm going back to my Samsung stock wired phone earphones.

Cannot be used for Work phone calls – The headphones work and operate effectively. Battery life is 4-6 hours. My problem was that the headphones were very poor to taking phone calls, there was no external noise cancelling, even in a quite room the call quality from the microphone was very poor, taking call outsides was virtually impossible . This product is not suitable for taking work related phone calls. Show details

So far so good – I've seen a mixed bag of reviews about these earphones, but since they were a great price $42 I thought I'd give them a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by the sound after what I'd read. It has very high treble and good bass but lacks mids that gives it a very distinctive sound, not bad just different. Overall though it could have been better.… Read more

Volume is ample more than I require when worn correctly. Outside noise is block sufficiently like when mowing the lawn and although the cable is longer than necessary it helps take weight off the earbuds. I found them to be quite comfortable and stable in my ears. I could wear them for 3+ hours without issue.

One thing I was really happy with was the operating time. I was surprised to find that running at about 80% volume which is loud, I was able to get more than the advertised play time of 6hrs.

The bluetooth signal was decent but did skip once in a while from my body interference.

The good:

Price

Volume

Comfort and stability

Run time

The bad:

Over all sound could be a little better

Can't distinguish between volume up and down buttons

Long but functional cord

Poor battery life – I bought these specifically because the specs state they have a 6 hour battery life. I was disappointed to find that they only run for one hour before running flat. I was so angry that I returned them for a refund. Salesman questioned me about which charger I was using, I said USB off PC.  Show details

They do what it says on the tin – I purchased the JBL T110BT Bluetooth earbuds from JBHi Fi in November 2018 after doing a bit of research on price vs functionality and the fact that they would primarily be used in a noisy environment at the gym. For this reason, I didn't need an expensive high range product. JB had the product on "special" down from $59 to $44. It's worth noting… Read more

that RRP is $59 and retail everywhere is $44. Be cautious of JB's "specials" on this basis.

The product comes with three different size sets of buds. The middle one is fitted by default. The T110BT comes partially charged and just needs a top up. The battery takes a couple of hours to reach full charge. There is an indicator light to show that the set is powered on (white) and paired (blue). Pairing is pretty straight forward - turn the unit on and scan for it from your phone or other Bluetooth transmitter. The T110BT is a receiver only. No use for making phone calls.

On first use, the sound struck me as a little bit tinny and lacks rich depth but I soon became used to it. The specs mention super bass. This seems to be somewhat evident when listening to music with drums or other intended bass but, overall, not impressive.

Battery life is around 3-4 hours. The T110BT occasionally loses signal for a second or less then resumes. On a coupe of occasions the sound has become jittery for several seconds but repositioning the receiver to the transmitter seems to fix that. The signal also becomes jittery as the battery reaches discharge.

The T110BT is lightweight and does not feel uncomfortable during a workout. The buds are sturdy and do not fall out under normal training. This might be different when running.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with the T100BT. It's not high end but nor is it a no-name cheapie. It's good value for money (retail price) and does what it says on the tin. Just don't expect rich sound.
