Awful sound, terrible isolation and hopeless manual – These wireless buds are the worst I've used. They're overpriced garbage. The intsruction manual is terrible, just a bunch of pictures attempting to explain how to operate them. No text explaining what to do. The sound is terrible...no bass to speak of at all. They do a very poor job of creating a seal in your ear and isolating audio vs external noise.
The weight is unbalanced so they'll be constantly falling out of your ears, even when sitting still.
Please avoid buying these...even on sale.
Wont stay in your ears, no matter which size buds used – The run time on these was ok, around 5-6hrs at half to three quarter volume had longer run time in cheaper eBay models though. It was a pain having only one side that linked to phone first then the other side fired up, weird. Worst of all, 2 months after owning them one "fell out of my ear" while i was riding my pushbike on the road and was immediately run over by a cars wheel, completely destroying it. Do not buy absolute waste of money – Worst headphones I've ever used, firstly they don't stay in, battery life was about 4 hours on medium volume for the first 2 months now lucky to get 2 hours from full charge. I wouldn't use it if it wasn't for free – I've tried cheaper earbuds and they're way better than JBL. They fit easily in my ear, but JBL just won't stay there for a few seconds although I tried all different heads. cheap versions (at the time JBL was 129 AUD while the cheaper versions ranged from 49 to 69 AUD). I wouldn't recommend the JBL Tune 120 to anyone. Don't waste your money.
Left Earbud Dead 11 months old???? – Ok, 11 months on after purchasing these earbuds, the left unit has failed, and because I purchased these on holidays in New Zealand the Australian distributor will not warrant this item. Battery life was good for the earbuds and the charging case. The nice and compact case has a flip-top lid and earbuds dock well and start charging as soon as you drop them in.
They synced well with my iPhone.
I tried a factory reset multiple times and still no sound.
try googling "JBL Tune 120tws left ear not working" and see the dramas they can have.
Liked the product to start with but a sour taste in the mouth now....................

DONT BUY ! Do your research these headphones are AWFUL ! – I bought these for listening to music while walking & rollerskating. I listen to large range of music & the sound quality is not great. have tried all three sizes of the rubber caps provided, but the only time I have had any success has been when I have forced them into my ears really deep and has meant my ears have been blocked and have been really uncomfortable to wear & will not fit in ear for longer that 15 minutes so unsuitable for doing housework or doing a workout as you may loose them, they fall out easily. They especially fall out when you work up a sweat.

great because i have small canals so the smallest size perfect. They DO NOT COME OUT even at work and i work as a machine operator.
Finally, they are loud! A lot of the other reviews make no sense to me, especially since audio tech websites rate them higher than here.

Did not stay in ear – Didn't bother connecting as they would not stay in my ears and I did follow the instructions a number of times. It had 3 sizes, the medium's were already on it, and could not get that size into my ear at all, swapped to the small size in the box but they kept falling out, no way could you do any movement. from Target where there were 5 star reviews by at least 3 people..and I have found their reviews to be an excellent way to buy products. It was the only reason I bought this product. Unfortunately will need to return, did not charge them or do anything with them.
