Misleading label claims and rubbish quality – Needed a cheap pair of wireless earbuds for my desk. Was encourage to buy these by a sales associate due to the reliable brand name. Extremely disappointing units, zero bass (and I don't even like bassy headphones, but these are absent of any low end), incredibly tinny sound, no EQ or App. Just all round a disappointing product and morally questionable given the bold label marketing around Deep Bass and sound quality. potential; out of the box the Wave 200's JUST DON'T PERFORM !

There is media player for phone and tablet that includes an equalizer capable of getting that deep bass sound that we were all expecting from these Wave 200's, but if you use Spotify or try to use them via a PC, forget these Wave's, get some Bose or Onkyo's if the budget permits...it may not.

Unlike other reviews, I've had no issues with Bluetooth connections, provided you give the 3 taps on the Right headphone to make them discoverable, the device will connect or re-connect; never had any dropouts. Another issue is the pathetic if not ambiguous and unintuitive documentation provided to make these things actually work...very ordinary service JBL.

So as per the questions ProductReview suggest I address . . . . What do you listen to with the headphones? Only my own audio files on the phone I'm afraid as my media player is the only thing capable of producing reasonable audio, Wave 200's have poor audio with Spotify, and they don't sound reasonable when fielding phone calls. Are the headphones suitable for physical activities such as running and cycling? No comment as I only walk, however the fit in the ear is comfortable enough for that. How satisfied are you with the sound volume of the headphones? Generally satisfied, the volume range is more than is needed, it's the quality of sound that is the big issue here. How satisfied are you with the wireless range of these headphones? Satisfied I guess, only use them within a 2-3metre range, they haven't failed yet.

Final word: the JBL Wave 200TWS are NOT for you if you value decent audio straight out of the box . . . you just won't get any of it!! The build quality seems good, the performance is terrible . . . poor product JBL. BTW, I've owned these headphones for perhaps 6 months now, and would not recommend them, at all.
