Kush did an excellent job on the dirty windows in the house I just brought and moved into. Kush was not only punctual, he was polite, professional, friendly and efficient. I was very impressed with the results and would highly recommend him.

Follow-up · We chose Jim's Cleaning to remove the decorative diamond pattern from the glass sidelight beside our front door in July 2025 because we trust the brand and had confidence that the job would be carried out professionally. did an excellent job and made my home look like new again. What impressed me most was his attitude. He kept asking if I was happy with the work and carefully checked everything himself to make sure it was completed properly.
After everything had dried, I noticed a few areas that still needed attention. I contacted Joshua, and without hesitation he came back, listened to my concerns, walked through everything with me, and completed the remaining items to a very high standard. He genuinely cared about customer satisfaction and wanted to make sure I was completely happy with the final result.

confusion when they got here to do the job. They then sent another quote added on an extra $219 dollars for the louves that should have been in the first quote . The quote was I thought too expensive , after they did this, so I asked for just the louves to be done . The man who did the quote said he was declining the job. Is he allowed to do this? ( obviously not a big enough job? But was more money then their promotion price jobs. .He did not even contact me with a solution, just declined the job. I would have been happy to discuss further .
