The guy from Jim’s contacted me within a couple of hours, was flexible to make a visit to quote. Email quote received on the day of visit and easy to arrange mural agreeable appointment to do the work. Work was completed to an excellent standard. The guy left no mess and the site was left clean. had him come back to fix it. He still did such a bad job the 2nd time that I told him it was enough. He requested verbally and by text that I change my rating and waited in the car outside my house until I complied. I then spent the next 4 hours doing all the screens & tracks properly with numerous buckets of hot soapy water, a scrubbing brush and multiple clean cloths; bending and squatting at each window and door to do it properly. I wound back through all of my security camera footage later to see what had transpired, and all he used both times was cold water from the hose and a broom, then a rub around with a cloth. Anything below knee height seems to have been missed. I will never use Jim's Cleaning Group again. I was really pushed for time and had to stay back an extra day to get the Windows presentable.
Edit: I was charged $ 600 for 2 hours work.
It's very hard to take photos of the windows with all of the garden in the background.
Follow-up · I paid by Bank Transfer. I contacted Jim's Directly. The young man who did the inside was very good. It was the owner who did the outside and did a terrible job. So unprofessional and sloppy. The cleaner wore his work boots INSIDE MY HOUSE after cleaning the outside so he tracked wet mud on my carpets. I felt very uncomfortable as I was the only person home and just wanted him out of my house. Never again! Please use a recommended tradie. Not this franchise.

Mahout Candan was quick to respond to our request for a quote. Luckily for us he was available to quote and clean our driveway on the same day. A real professional job was completed (he's a real profecionist) and we couldn't be happier with the results. We will certainly be contacting in the future for more cleaning.
Matt from Jim's Windows, Bacchus Marsh did a very good job with my many windows. Screens included. Matt uses ionised water which removes the calcium from the water supply which ensures a streak free finish in the quickest possible time. Booked for twice a year for external window clean from now on.
