Best Mower I've ever owned by far – I have a 50 acre property, but only maintain a 2 acre house paddock & a 2 acre campground with the Jonsored Z46R Zero Turn mower. The rest I slash. We have lot's of Gum Trees around the campground & different gardens & features in & around the house paddock. So there are really no 'straight cut lines to speak of'. Once you get used to a Zero Turn Mower, you would never go back to a 'ride on tractor style'. The Zero turn is so fast & cuts so well, we can get around our 4 mown acres in less than half the time of our old "ride-on". It manoeuvres around its own axis which is ideal for getting around all our trees & gardens efficiently. Reasonably good on fuel for such a large, 'high performance' 724cc / 22hp motor. I do all the minor services on all my own Tractors, motorcycles & 4WD's & it's so easy to service. The Jonsored features a robust build quality being Husqvarna & built in either Sweden or the USA. They've recently re-branded to "Redmax". Apparently, they're not great on steep/sideways hills, but some of our grounds have a moderate side slope & it treats it like flat ground. I've seen some people complain about the noise they make, which I really don't understand. While it's got a decent muffler, like any garden maintenance equipment, you should always be wearing the appropriate clothing, safety glasses & ear plugs/muffs to operate it safely. Sadly, I don't get to use it much because my wife is always on it.

Jonsered Zero Turn Mowers Z52XFR - Excellent – I have 60 Plus acres to mow and use this as an alternative to the slasher not only for ease to get around but to manoeuvre around trees valley etc. great on fuel. I have a crook back and find the seat and arm rest very adequate. I use a Bum Tube also

Purchased in at Stihl Dealer for $14,000.

$4000. doorstop – Very difficult on hills.. cannot go horizontal as the front wheels have no steering or brakes...ONLY control is rear wheels. I have about 2 acres to mow, mower is comfortable albeit LOUD. Decent on fuel...Better if it actually RAN...Good for 1st summer. after that has ZERO POWER. Took back to dealer TWICE. Did NOTHING. Cant figure it out Dealer winterized and summerized and all maint. Briggs & Stratton, I am totally disappointed. $4000. doorstop Do t waste your money.

Purchased in for $4,000.

Like mine – Not real sure why someone paid so much, $10000, for this mower. Mine less than half that, and industrial duty mower. Sure, no fuel gauge, who cares. Check my fuel level regularly anyway. Quality seems good, only ran it several hours so far, but impressed with what I see compared to much more expensive mowers.

Very noisy drive motors – Bought a new 52" jonsered zero turn mower to replace my dixon 52" was told they are replacement as dixon now owned by them (really wanted another dixon) The zero turn drive are so noisy even when wearing ear muffs that I contacted mower shop and they inspected and advised that's normal for these mowers although the dixon drives run fairly quiet Also paid $10k for this mower and does not even have a fuel gauge, have to use dowel dip stick to check amount of fuel in tank Not happy
