Trampoline Flex140 Lifestyle (14ft)My kids are 17, 15, 11 and there friends. The product is great and not expensive. The service was helpful, very Courteous which made buying and deciding which products was for us, second to none. I couldn’t deciding on an extra product, I was told if you buy it and you decide it not for you, bring it back undamaged for a full refund. It was so nice to have such great service. Thank you

7yr review 10ft jumpflex trampoline
Trampoline Flex100 City (10ft)So I'll start with the only con the trampoline had for myself. Within a year the straps that hold the net to the top of the uprights and the vinyl covers for the uprights (or whatever materials they are) became brittle from the sun and perished the crows love the foam underneath. This wasn't covered under warranty so I made new covers myself and you dont need the straps for the net to the uprights been used for 6yrs without them and the net has never fallen off. I originally wanted the 12ft for the 120kg capacity but can tell you the 10ft can t
... Read moreake well over 150kg daily, the main matt hasn't shown any signs of wear it's great (although don't look at the underside stitching possibly done by a child who has never used a sewing machine before). The trampoline lives outside direct sunlight and used regularly the safety net is amazing I'm over 100kg myself and I've fallen into the net mucking around with my kid and watched them do the same with there friends and the net eats it up, and the zipper never has failed. We zip tired a lawn soaker hose to the top edge and it's a hit with all the kids in summer. After about 4yrs the spring protector started perishing from sun and 6yrs the top of the net ripped and one of the uprights snapped and the spring cover was 100% perished. Rang them up got all new parts were fair priced and great customer service trampoline looks new again. The springs are all still good, main frame has slight surface rust and the powder coated legs rust fairly quick as the powder coating rubs off from use. Best advise is loctite your upright bolts in as that's how ours snapped after 6yrs came loose and got hit. Would recommend jumpflex to anyone wanting a trampoline good price and very sturdy.Find out how Jumpflex Trampolines compares to other Trampolines

Questions & Answers
Looking at buying the jumpflex 10ft tramp can anyone please help & tell me if this has great “bounce” we brought another cheaper brand from Framers and it had terrible bounce
It took moving heaven and earth to attach the safety net to my 12 ft trampoline. I got a great workout in doing it. The problem is that seven of the spacers used to help connect the safety poles to the legs cracked in half in the process. Very, very cheap. Is that a safety hazard to use the trampoline with those spacers broken?
Hi AI S,
Thank you for you review!
I do apologize to hear you're having issues with the spacers. The trampoline is safe to use. However, we will be more than happy to organise replacement spacer to be sent out.
Do you mind contacting us at hello@jumpflex.com.au and on of the customer service team members will be more than happy to assist you.
Warm regards,
Weslee
Installed a 14' trampoline last year and the net keeps coming unhooked from the poles at the top. It is a pain to have to hop up there and resecure them every time the kids jump. Does anyone have a solution for this or has anyone had the same problem? Please help!
