Mediocre bluetooth speaker – This is for similar model, JVC XS-N2233BA, bought from Big W. Sound quality acceptable. But bluetooth activation is way too loud. My neighbors can definitely hear it in my apartment building. I used this to connect with my fire TV, and got really annoyed with the activation/deactivation beep that I was so close to return it. But i found a solution… Read more

bu keeping the speaker on at all time, so even when the smart TV went to sleep, the bluetooth connection stays on.

Would i recommend this? Not really. It’s a cheap solution and if you dont care about the beeping noise, this speaker works fine.

I also bought this because it says it can sync among the same JVC speakers. I havent tried this as I’m still traumatised by the beep XD

Cheap useless junk – Absolutely useless. The speakers Bluetooth function & pairing option is not detected by any of our phones or computers, despite countless reboots & re-scans; which already deemed this cheap chinese junk as being just that. sounds are playing. So to recap, the bluetooth doesn't work & neither does the aux input, so it's $80 worth of junk. It being made in China was a dead giveaway of the cheap tackiness of this useless device. Taken back to store for a refund.

So bad. Do not buy this unit – I bought this product having confidence that JVC makes good products. Boy was I dissapointed. What looks like passive radiators on the ends of this unit are nothing. Just for show. There was absolutely no bass and in my opinion, if it has no bass. It doesn't have good sound. The highs were good in all fairness but I returmed the product in pure dissapointment. Don't but it.
