Jarrod, the owner I believe, came to install some new light switches and fans at my house. He arrived 10 minutes early and completed the installation on time. He was very respectful in my house and promptly cleaned up the mess. He also conducted a quick inspection of my dishwasher after i advised him of some issues I was having. I really appreciated his advice and the time he took to show me how to use some of the features i didn't know how to use. I will definitely be booking KJ Burns again.

Very Disappointed – When contacted about an oven that was not working, there was a suggestion that it may have been a problem with a thermostat. The only option I was given was to then purchase a new one. No fault finding option was offered. After paying for the part and then for them to install it they told me that the thermostat is not the problem and I will have to purchase another part. Refused to give me a refund for the thermostat I purchased on their advice. When I questioned them about it, they said I should have paid for the fault finding service....even though they did not offer one. Now out of pocket several hundred dollars and will need to pay someone else to fix it. Will not be using them again.
