We bought the sheet set today, washed it, then found the pillow cases are not stitched properly, they are not straight. They are twisted with a terrible twist that cannot be straightened. Where is the quality control, if there is one.

Follow-up 2mo · The thread count was 500, I can't answer the 2 other questions, as I returned the sheets and got replacements.
