Never again It's been nothing but trouble and the warranty is useless.Every excuse not to cover anything. I had a breeze air before and it was 20 yo before it died. This Kaden unit has had a new motor because it would keep blowing fuses.Their excuse was it must have been getting damp. It's an evap of course there is moisture about. Same excuse for control module. Now water pump noisy Has cost me the purchase price again just getting it to work.

Underpowered. Hot and bothered. Disappointed – Bought the Kaden KC21 to replace the 21yr old Bonaire Breezeair on my home that finally failed. Upgraded the Bonaire from the Kaden KC17 which was recommended by Kaden/Reece (which has the same output etc as the old Bonaire) to the KC21 for more air output. Very disappointed. You can physically see the difference in fan, blade size and the amount of blades supplied compared to the 2003 Bonaire unit. The KC21 has had blades not added (has 8 blades supplied on what is an 11 or 12 blade fan). Doesn’t seem a suitable air con unit for a 4 bedroom/2 lounge home utilising 6 ducts. To cool my house so far on a 30 plus degree celsius day I have had to run the unit at near 3/4 of its power output. Electricity bills compared to the old 21yr old unit are going to be fairly high i expect. Analog control unit is very flimsy and cheap also. Seems a cheaply made product and I honestly don’t hold out much hope for it lasting long. Also, the smell it emits from the air passing through the new pads has still not dissipated after 3 days running it. As a friend commented upon visiting “your house smells like fish and wet paper”. Ringing Kaden suppliers for information was a nightmare. Trying to find an actual contact number! Like looking for unicorns. When I did find some the ppl i spoke with seemed to have no idea of things like missing fan blade suggestions or how the differentiating PA outputs on the KC17 and 21 work since they both utilise the same 750w motor! Update: 7/12/24. Just had installer out to check some unit issues already and noticed the water tank had about 6 xmas beetles floating in the water! For some reason whoever designed this unit has left a half inch gap between the inlet grill and pad instead of having the pad fit flush up to the inlet grill so leaves and insects can’t physically get into the units water tank. So anything that falls in between ends up decomposing in the water reservoir as it’s too big to be dumped when the reservoir empties. Disgusting and possible health concern over time.

New aircon unit – We replaced an old Brivis unit which was 20+ years old with this unit and found it works perfectly. It was bought from Reece Plumbing Supplies and installed by a local aircon engineer. No problems so far and hope the unit still continues to give good service.

Never buy Kaden again – Not installed correctly, warranty is absolutely useless as they just play the blame game on the installer. Ended up paying $300 for work that should have been covered under warranty ( they couldnt find a fault but still charged for 5mins work) but they refused to fix it so had to get installer back out with and cost me another fee
Purchased in for $3,600.

Loving the cool 'breeze' – Installing a Kaden to replace an existing old unit was a simple and fast process. We have noticed an immediate improvement on the old unit, cooler air and quieter operation means we can leave it on over night. Control is fairly simple to operate.
