I purchased this trampoline 6 years ago and only just recently replaced the mat, safety pad, and the netting – My children and their friends have had alot of enjoyment on this over the years. My children are 16, 13 and 2. My favourite safety feature is having the springs and safety mats on the outside of the netting. I feel safe letting my 2yo jump on the trampoline knowing that she can't fall out or access and hurt herself on the springs. Show details

Great for grandchildren – Children are 9, 7 & 2 years old. Unfortunately won’t be unpacking the trampoline until Christmas so at this stage the parts are still in their boxes. Need to transport trampoline to its destination where it will reside. I am confident the trampoline will give hours of enjoyment to my grandchildren. From the information provided on the website I am sure the trampoline will be safe and stable or I wouldn’t have purchased it for my grandchildren. Show details

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY – We ordered the 16ft trampoline for our daughters for Christmas. When it was delivered, it was missing the mat and the pads were repackaged and were ripped (someone else has obviously sent them back and they have just sent them to us, an unsuspecting customer). been sent, and when it arrived, it was the wrong part. Spoke to customer service who sent the mat again. Only to find that, again, it was the wrong part sent. The third time it was sent, it was AGAIN not the mat. By this time, we were livid and our girls were so disappointed at still having a half built trampoline after 3 weeks. We got the mat today FINALLY but we will never ever use or recommend this company to anyone ever. Save your money and shop elsewhere - for a trampoline that cost close to $1000, the service and customer care were ABYSMAL.

Negative – Easy to put together. Thats where it stops. Living in nth qld all fastening materials have rusted. Safety net and spring protector has perished. Only just over a year old. Buy a kmart one cheaper and last longer. Show details
