Didn't even work once! – I bought this online and when it arrived and I put it together it wouldn't work. Too much trouble/expense to send it back. Will not be buying from this brand again. I have tried many times to make it work but no luck. Other then that I like the way all of the parts fit into it. Show details
Not bad for price – It's very light and parts are a bit thin, but it was cheap and reviewed well. It does work quite well but is very noisy. I think i will wait for it to pack up or break and invest in a higher end more sturdy one. But ok so far. Show details
Very good processsor – The processing performance is very good, it works well on all levels. The capacity is great as it a big size bowl. The attachments work well except for the shredding of chocolate, if the chocolate is insered in small pieces it seems to just spin around the top . Overall a good machine that I use a lot. Excellent Price Winner – For the price I have found this processor to be of excellent value. It is very easy to use, setup and clean. The bowl is a good size for any small to large recipes. It has made pastry, pizza dough, cheesecakes quickly and perfectly. For a basic processor I would recommend. Also has a 12mth warranty just in case. Show details
affordable multi tool – I've used mine to puree, cut, chop and mix. it's wide range of blades makes it easy to do it all. the only issue is that it doesn't blend as good as my previous blender. it's size takes up lots of space. but item is easy to clean and has a compartment for your assorted blades. it's RRP is ~$100. I manage to buy mine for $79 because of a… Read more

I usually don't trust sunbeam, but if you compare this price with others, it's not a bad deal.
helps me finish my cooking chores much faster.
Very surprised – My husband bought me this machine as I've been wanting $1000 one and of course he thought this will do. I am very happy with it. I have used it probably everyday since getting it 3 weeks ago. I have done many nut flours, crushed frozen cauliflower made macadamia butter a couple times and almonds butter. Also a few cake batters. So far I'm thrilled. Jug to is quite small. Definite value for money though.
Excellent machine and easy to use – I threw out my Kitchen Aid food processor as after 4 years of frustration I just couldn't be bothered trying to use it anymore. I did a lot of research and was almost going to buy a Bosch, but decided against it as electronics nowadays just aren't worth the price as they break too easily. So I looked at cheaper processors and as the Kambrook had… Read more · 2
good reviews and was only $100, I thought even if I only get one year out of it I'd be happy. I was thrilled that it took about one minute to put it together and then another 30 seconds to use it. It chopped, onions beautifully, made a pizza dough and a tomato sauce with so much ease that I was just overwhelmed with happiness. All of the fittings fit inside the machine so I don't have to have them bundled somewhere else, it does what it's supposed to do and I'm happy with it. How long it lasts, who knows, but right now I can't believe that a $100 machine was 100% better than a world famous $500 piece of junk. I can't recommend it enough.
POOR QUALITY – Purchased this item 4 days ago and my son who is a baker wanted to try getting cheese with processor. It was a tasty block left out for a while so it wasn't too hard. Grated half block when centre spindle broke into two pieces sending grey plastic bits all through the cheese. Waste of time, waste of cheese and a waste of money
Value For Money, Good Design And Build – Only just noticed writing this review that the RRP on this model is $199, but I got it for less than half of that at The Good Guys. I looked at all the reviews I could before browsing the stores. I bought this model not because of price but because it had features that the more expensive ones in its class didn't have that made this model better.… Read more
They are:
1. Sealed fittings on the spindle. The spindle fittings at the bottom of the bowl are encased in plastic. I noticed on others that there was a thin bare metal bolt and a very small nut that were exposed. I also read that they were prone to rust. That can't happen with the Kambrook.
2. Smooth straight-sided bowl. Other bowls have curved sides, which makes them difficult to empty with a spatula. The Kambrook is easy to empty using the spatula that comes with the kit.
Other useful features I found that may not be on other models of a similar price are:
1. Easily removed central spindle to make clean-up easier. This feature makes it easy to clean the interior of the bowl because it will have no protruding central spindle. All it takes is a turn of a part at the bottom of the bowl. It doesn't always need to be removed, but it will make cleaning easier with some foods.
2. Extra-wide chute. The chute is in 2 sizes. The pieces fit together well and are easy to insert.
3. A "tools-onboard" design. This is much bigger than my old food processor and needs to sit on the kitchen bench top, so being able to store the whole thing compactly in one place is convenient.
I have so far used it twice. The first time, I made pizza dough using the recipe in the instruction manual. The recipe uses 300g of flour, but I'm sure I can do 500g of flour, which is my usual amount. The second time, I made hamburgers with a high vegetable content. The machine was good at disguising the vegetable content, which is important with some kids. Both of these recipes were quite "heavy", but the machine didn't move on the bench or vibrate wildly. There is an initial motor smell which is common with new appliances as the oil applied to bearings in the factory is burned off. By the second use, there was little to no motor smell. I found I had to be patient and just let the machine do its thing. I turned it on to low and it seemed it was only slicing through the bottom layer of the food. However, the upper layers of food then started to collapse onto the blades and became well processed. If this happens with pizza dough, a few ml of water poured in while it's processing helps greatly.
The bowl and parts are not dishwasher safe, according to the manual, so I won't try to wash it in the dishwasher. However, because the bowl is easy to clean and the unit sits not far from the sink, hand-washing with warm water, detergent and a sponge is easy. The sealed metal bearings means it can sit on the dish rack to dry in its own time without anything rusting. Anyway, a bowl of this size would take up a lot of space in a dishwasher that should be reserved for harder-to-clean items.
So far the experience with this product has been excellent as it has made it possible to process much larger quantities than my old food processor.
