Room for improvement
Works great, easy to use, variable speed and can't wait to try the Mashed Spud attachment. Powerful yet quiet, well built and feels like it will last a long time.
However, the stainless steel blender shaft and foot, scratch the surface of whatever item your blender may be used in, I didn't think of it at the time but a tough plastic foot on the blender shaft would have been a better choice for household use. AND the power cord is stiff way too short, you virtually have to be working right in front of the power outlet to use the item unless without having to attached a power extension cord.
Really bad design flaw there. For the money, it's not too bad, but room for improvement.

Waste of money
Had it for about a month. The inside of the hand-held stick melted. Yes, melted while making a smoothie. I thought it broke but it actually meIted! had a Braun for 12 yrs previously and it lasted. I will be taking it back for a refund when restrictions ease.
Purchased in July 2020 at The Good Guys for A$70.00.

Good blender but the chopper needs improvement
I have bought several stick blenders with attachments and i have found the choppers all seem to break down. I find them great for cheese or carrots without bringing out the big food processor. The middle blade is now very hard to align with the lid, as it does not stay in place whilst putting the lid on the container.

Poor quality motor shaft
I bought this machine in January 2015. It has only been used about once each month without any issues until today when it stopped working.
A poor quality plastic piece on the shaft broke off making the whole machine totally useless. (I was using the stick mixer to blend a cake batter so it wasn't needing to work hard and it stopped almost immediately when I started it.) Very disappointing considering the machine has barely had any use and is in immaculate condition.

Great Motor, Terrible construction of Drive shaft
We have had this for about 6 or 7 months I think and as yet have not had the problems others have mentioned with the connection but have a Major Major issue with the shaft for the cutting blade on the mini food processor. It traps food inside it. It's disgusting. We tried to ignore it for a while but now it is a major health issue and means we can't use this part of the product. I haven't contacted customer service yet as I'm reluctant to fork out more money to replace a part that is in my opinion faulty. Granted this is not an expensive o...Read more
r top of the line product, but to have it fail so quickly and then need to replace parts starts to make it not worth it. EDIT: I contacted the kambrook (breville) customer service team and have had the faulty part replaced. The customer service team were quick to respond and extremely helpful. Thank You to the customer service team for making what could have been a bad experience a positive one :) 11/05/17Similar opinion? Write a review on ProductReview.com.au!

Coleslaw Chopper, Potato Masher
The bag of coleslaw at Woolworths containing mostly cabbage and red onion are finely cut-processed in Kambrook's plastic bowl at low speed about 3.5 at 2-second intervals using turbo button, while lifting the bowl and holding it in one hand and holding the stick mixer in the other hand, so that you can shake and properly process all the contents. Mince beef really sticks out and absorbs all the flavor without too much salt and sugar when I add 250g of Dolmio Pasta Sauce with 500g of mince beef, just when the cabbage coleslaw is finely processed...Read more
and looking totally invisible as it blends into the saucy mince beef when added in the fry pan. Although the Kambrook set has a stainless steel blender and masher for mashed potatoes, the most common out of the 3 mixer types is the food processor, especially hard-to-digest vegetables like cabbage and red onion as coleslaw is my favorite vegetable salad mix that goes quite well with mince beef, and also avoiding stomach cramp-like aches if vegetables are finely processed. Kitchen sink hole must be plugged if you drop the white screw while detaching the blade from the masher, you wouldnt want to buy another set unless you are rich enough to do so. The masher for mashing potatoes is quick and easy as I usually pressure-cook them in 8 minutes, once cooked then mash them while hot and moist. Little trooper
I've had one for just over a year now. I use it 3 mornings a week to make smoothies and every so often at night to blend soups (and sometimes cocktails).
Works as well as the day I bought it, does a quick job and is easy to clean.
Very happy.

this was a housewarming gift to us so we don't have a receipt, feel bad as its good for the bin and only 1 month old. the plastic drive gear in the handle has melted so none of the attachments will work. only ever used it once a day max as it was just for smoothies in the morning. not happy!

Hi I have already done both of these. Email response directed me to customer care number and when I called I was told it could be repaired at my expense. Hence not happy with brand or the product at all.

Wendyasked
I have just recently bought a KSB 100 it takes forever to whip cream and virtually stalls when blending a batter mixture. Is this normal or is there problem with the particular stick blender that I have?
