Fantastic heater for the price – Great little heater at affordable price. Good for heating up small rooms like bedrooms. Heats the room up quickly and doesn’t take up much space. Not good for heating up larger rooms. Show details

Waste of money! – What a terrible product! IT decides when the room is warm enough and cuts out just as you are getting out of the shower and are standing there freezing cold. Cuts in again when you are almost dressed. Another annoying fact. No handhold or handle. So hard to move unless you pick up the whole thing! Bought it at Big W but they won't give me a refund because I can't find my receipt. nothing Keeps cutting out

Extremely Disappointed – I purchased the heater a few hours ago and the first time I turned it on it turned off after about 1 minute. I left it on for about 10 minutes which it turned on and off about 15 times. Absolutely terrible product that does not deliver on it's promises. Kept turning off

Extremely Dissapointed – The heater randomly cuts out and is very noisy. Not reliable at all. I purchased this model (and another model above it. Both switches became so brittle they crumbled.) I spoke to Kambrook. The gentleman I spoke to was reasonable in his attitude as was I. The result of the conversation, was offered to buy a heater at a discount price. We don't… Read more

replace $40 items. So I am sitting here looking at over $90 worth of heaters that don't work due to faulty workmanship and the policy is for me to buy again? With no replacements and no customer consideration. Unfortunately this has reflected very badly on the company in my opinion. Kambrook used to be a quality brand.

bad warranty policy, no replacement parts, Faulty, sub standard models and or workmanship/testing

Not working at all !! – Whilst on holidays I purchased a Kambrook upright fan heater, maybe from Big W, I can't remember the town in N.S.W. We used it for a few nights and when we needed to use it again ( not always camping in caravan park and often without power) it didn't work, no warning, nothing just no power at all. When it was working it did switch off and on too.… Read more

I don't believe this heater was tested very well at all. It's brand new and useless!!!

Not a very reliable appliance

WONDERFUL when it's working!!! – I came on here to see if my experience was the same as others. It cuts out constantly and has since we purchased it. I thought it must have been the thermostat. Tonight however I've been leaving it on the middle setting (that is 1, rather than 2) and its staying on! It is SO warm and I've been running it all night like this. When it's on "2" (ie -… Read more

the switch all the way around) it runs for two minutes and cuts off for ten. Hurray I think I discovered the trick! Will stop swearing at it now :)

Cuts out unnecessarily

Cuts out for no apparent reason – I'm having the same problem as the other two reviews mention - it works fine for a while then just cuts off for no apparent reason. It does put off some good heat to begin with but then it's all for naught when it cuts out and gets cold again. It's also quite noisy.

Laziest Heater Ever – We have an old Kambrook heater from the eighties which pumps out hot air like a champion. So needing another heater fan I specifically purchased a Kambrook. Without checking the reviews - doh. Yep our new Kambrook heater runs for a few minutes then cuts out for about ten minutes. When it is working it seems to do a pretty good job but then it… Read more

just turns off. Ah well should have done my research.

Ugly, no temp control, fairly noisy and of course it turns itself off constantly

Kambrook Upright fan – The fan keeps on cutting out after about 10 minutes which is fine if you don't care about freezing after that short space of time. It doesn't appear to be overheating. We bought 2 and one does this all the time. It drives you nuts. Think I must have bought a dud. Everything for the first 10 mins use. After about 10 mins it just stops.
