Motor burned after 2 yrs – I got 2 yrs warranty and the motor burned out only a couple of weeks after that, although I hardly used it only in my garage for dry stuff. Bad things are: unstable and falls over easily (motor doesn't stop), very noisy, insufficient and… Read more

flimsy attachments (no small brush), looks and feels cheap. I've had similar experience with Karcher pressure cleaner. Strong suction.

OK – We have a love hate relationship with this machine. On one hand it is frustrating by its poor design on the other it has proved brilliant at cleaning up real mess. and like the bags is over-priced. If I were to buy another one of these vacuums I would pick one of the more expensive machines with more stable wheels but for the price it has been a real Trojan and never stopped working...be it noisily. Very good at sucking up all that stuff that you wouldn't put in a domestic vacuum cleaner. We bought it when we were renovating our house and it proved invaluable. We still use it frequently for cleaning the car and the balcony and for messy clean ups or water spills. It is extremely unstable and has an annoying habit of falling over and then the engine shuts off....a safety feature in case it has water in it at the time. It is also very loud and not user friendly. The attachments got tired looking quite early but still work.
