Excellent – Excellent machine. Well worth the investment. You will save time and money and it will be better for your health. Ironing will be a cinch and won't need to buy any more nasty chemicals to clean the home. Robust machine, has great quality ironing attachments. Prefer this model to the Karcher 1501 which I have also used as it has a reserve tank so you do not have to wait for the machine to cool down to refill.

Wouldn't buy another one – We bought ours to use in our small cleaning business and were told it was exactly what we needed! warranty (we are still looking into this!). This machine is clearly not tough enough for the high price we paid and definitely did not make the job any quicker. We had been cleaning the majority of our houses for around 2 years before purchasing this machine and I found after switching from our environmentally friendly products to using the steamer some of the showers started to get mould when they previously had none. Environmentally friendy? expensive, broke after a month!! not durable, added time to cleaning
