Don’t waste your money! – This lacks the power to clean teeth. Wasted an entire day and cleaned 8 slabs and used an entire bottle of their patio cleaner. Achieved same next day in half an hour with a scrubbing brush. Shame! Truly disappointed. Had always laid great store by the Karscher name. Karcher 2.400: rubbish accessories, ordinary performance – Used my pressure cleaner twice and the hose sprang a leak - probably a minor kink whilst using it. Became super cautious but on the third use the hose sprang another leak. Replacement hose almost the same cost as the whole unit. My drip-watering hoses are better quality. Rubbish product – Only lasted 5 (light) uses over 18 months and then started pulsing and spewing out water from inside. Crap product. I will never buy another Karcher product again. Short life span. Poor quality – After only 20 hours of use, the plastic mechanism inside split. Like other reviews, water pours out from inside, and the item is a complete write-off. I checked online, and the parts can't be bought in Australia, and cost a whopping $90 from Britain. This is the only piece of Karcher equipment that I will ever buy. I consider this brand to now be entirely sub-standard. My advice: steer clear.  Show details

Piece of rubbish – We purchased the Karcher 2.400 to clean our 3 dirt bikes and it worked reasonably well for about 6 times. After that it started to lose pressure and water poured from the casing. The water feed line terminates into a plastic case and behind it there was a crack that caused the leak.

The thing is a piece of plastic garbage and Karcher is merely trading on a name and not much else.

Keep away from Karcher, it is rubbish.

We have since bought an AR Blue Clean 380 and not only does it clean far better and has better fixtures but it has a good warranty and

Won't buy Karcher again – Power doesn't kick in from time to time, so no better than normal hose. Very frustrating, so will not buy Karcher again. Similiar story – Bought this and initially was impressed. Then the bottom connector where the water connector goes started leaking. Just managed to get in before the warranty expired. Took it to the dealer and was told these models are unrepairable if they start leaking. Gave me a new one straight away that was 6 months ago I've used the new one 2-3 times since… Read more

Really poor quality

Happy with price and product – Good pressure and easy to use with a range of accessories to suit any task. Very happy with it. Two years warranty and I get get the attachments and detergents I need locally. I used the brush with detergent to clean my windows but I think I'll get the window cleaning kit as well. Rubbish product – Yep, after reading the reviews for other Karcher products now, it looks like the issues are the same. Pulsing and leaking water at the bottom. Although I did get more hours of use than others, I'd say about 50 hours over two years. Such a shame for a German company.. This will be going in the bin now.

Excellent High Pressure Cleaner – I brought this high pressure cleaner from Bunnings. It comes with all the attachments to wash the car or boat, extension bit & drain cleaner (which I haven't used). Have used it to clean the cement driveway & area under our house, washed the cars & hosed down parts of the house. I love it! Very powerful, long 7m hose & runs for hours. I highly recommend the Karcher K2.400 kit.

Rubbish – same problem, pressure head crack, 3 months out of warranty. Really disappointed, I thought this was a quality brand, but it's just rubbish. Literally.
