Good value for money – Comes with lots of attachments that come in handy. Mainly use it for cleaning grout in between tiles. Comes off easily without really needing to scrub at all. Would be nice if their was a way to empty it fast when its near the end as the steam is weak so you are forced to just hold down the button till it runs out (can take minute/s).  Show details

Best steam mop I have ever used – This mop cleans dirt I did not even know was there. It did a marvelous job. It was easy to use and contained all the accessories I could want. I knew the tile floor was dirty, particularly the grout, but the amount of dirt this steam cleaner lifted was outstanding.  Show details

Fabulous for cleaning my porcelein floor tiles – Excellent for porcelein tiles..love the super clean result. ..floor drys really quickly with no smears and looks like a mirror. Cord could be longer..thats the only con for me...save using an extension. 100 square meters of floor..refill tank only once. years of the kids growing up. I got thinking and googled like mad not being able to find any reports of how steam cleaners would perform to help make the job easier and faster. I knew I didn't want one of those lightweight toy like steam wands (can't turn them upside down) so looked at more heavy duty units. Our local Bunnings had this Karcher SC2.500C and I thought I would gamble the NZ$398 price hoping it would work. The results are excellent and beyond expectation! Using the smaller attachment with the elastic bag cloth, it eats fly dirt and grime very quickly. The walls look fantastic except for the years of dents and knocks that need filling in. Usability is friendly, it's well built and is powerful. On the high steam setting, you get continuous steam for a few minutes then I give it a rest. I like to rinse the cloth every 10 or so meters squared. Before you use it for the first time, give it a squirt in a bucket to clear the water in the wand, then you'll get continuous steam. Purchase some extra cloths as they wont last for ever but you still get good milage. While your at it, get yourself an extension chord as the units is only 4m. I would have given it a 4 star but it's performance makes up for the short power chord. Remember also that when steam touches a cold surface, it condenses back to water so it will leave a wet residue which dries pretty quickly. I highly recommend this steam cleaner.
