Great little unit – Great little until, cleans my exposed aggragate drive way and retaining walls with ease, small enough to stack in garage corner. Show details ·  1

Reliable for intermittent use – I bought My Karcher Winner 11 over 15 years ago. I only use it for a couple of weeks a year to clean bird baths, concrete walls ~30m², pavers 100+m² and a concrete driveway 60m². Probably 24 hours use a year. It still works fine but I'd like to use a patio cleaner accessory to make the job a bit quicker but think I'll need a more powerful unit. Time for an upgrade. Show details ·  1

worked ok for awhile – Have had the karcher winner 10 for a few years used every now and again. It developed a water leak and lost pressure tried to buy this elbow connection piece but wasnt available. ended up getting one from England for a few dollars off ebay and fitted it and its working ok again. karcher Australia obviously dont want you to buy replacement parts… Read more

but to buy a new unit. I am in a vinyl clad relocatable home and it cleanes the grime off ok and same with the car but doesnt really have the pressure to get grime off stone pavers and really dirty concrete, might as well just use your hose . I would recommend that if thinking of a karcher i would get a higher pressure one than this one and maybe looking at other brands for reliability.

Tackles the jobs we've needed it to do... AND has lasted the distance! – Bought the Karcher Winner 10 on sale at a local hardware store many years ago. Used it to pressure clean the garage floor in a house we'd just purchased in CBR. Worked remarkably well. Ten years or so later and it's still going strong, although we're now looking at the K3 premium so that we can clean larger areas of concrete at our coastal home. No complaints on the Winner 10 really. Show details ·  1

Still going as good as day I bought! (2008) – I purchased this Winner 11 by Karcher under $150 au back in 2008 & it’s now 2021 & it still works well. Only issues are soap suction hose stopped working with in first year or two and removing nozzle can be a challenge..however this many years of varied usage and it’s still going well with no parts replaced or repaired is very impressive. “u only get what u pay for” well... Show details

PERFECT – Great for all jobs around the house. Mine has lasted at least 13 years. Has eventually died after a long term oil leak that i never worried about checking as i knew it would be terminal. Off to buy a Newie. Yep I'm getting another Karcher.. Very happy Show details

Good product for small jobs – This product is good if you want it for small jobs - unsuitable for larger jobs.It seems that the product has an inbuilt fault in that the outlet part is plastic and it has a history of cracking. Easy job to replace but the part is expensive in Australia and does not warrant the outlay when there is a strong element it will also fail. Now superseded and I hope they have used better materials in new models, This product let the Karcher name down  Show details

Hasn't missed a beat in 10 years + – Irregular use, but often done some big jobs with it. Only downsides I've found is the gun doesn't stow easily and it takes a lot of time, so I'm looking for something that will do large areas faster. Never serviced and still going strong. I'm wondering if Karcher have dropped their quality given the negative reviews of more recent buyers.  Show details

Junk – I know why it was discontinued after buying this rubbish, had it replaced twice due to motor failure. I expected a lot more from k'archer. I've been totally put off buying another k'archer product. Wasn't worth a dollar let alone $99 I paid for it. Kept the gun, threw the rest.  Show details

Ten years loyal service, but you must look after it – I've had it for over ten years, absolutely sensational product. Weekly patio clean (50m2) and two cars. It has never skipped a beat. One word of caution though, and I know this has killed my friends karchers, you MUST keep the inlet filter clean. It gets clogged frequently. So clean it every other use, otherwise the pump won't have enough water flow and it will burn out. For $99, it was amazing value.  Show details

Disappointed – Got unit as a present a couple of years ago from my children. First opportunity to use recently cleaning some pavers, ten minutes in blew a valve. Rang local dealer showed no interest. More to fix than to buy. Not even one completed task. Very disappointing given the hype from Karcher Eddie  Show details

I can totally live without this – I've had 2 of these pieces of Junk and I can get my 200 SF deck cleaned and about 500 SF of siding. The next year the thing is just a uselessly shaped paper weight. I always hit about 13 months then the pice of junk caves. I realize Karcher can increase profits by out sourcing, but the customer pays the about 5 times what this piece of junk is worth. I would rather have a 10 litre tabasco enema than own another one of these

A happy customer – I have had my machine for 6 years with no problem. I wash dirt bikes every weekend for 6 months per year. I have cleaned my 100sq/ m patio multiple times. I will definitely buy karcher again when this one finally Stops.

Throw away rubbish – I was given this for a present and used it a dozen times in three years. Plastic housing of outlet pipe on motor developed a leak at the seam. Unable to get parts for it. Throw away job. Moral of the Story, buy a better quality cleaner - it will cost you in the end! Good Pressure when it worked Unrepairable

Karcher D150 pressure brush is a waste of money – Today I purchased a Karcher D150 pressure washer brush after reading the product uses on the Karcher web site & product accessory brochure, that accompanied my new pressure washer. This brush is supposed to be good for washing cars. Well it won't get into corners or partially covered areas (under roof bars), in recessed areas or mirrors etc. Don't… Read more

waste your $80 odd dollars. Karcher, you need to change your brochure or you will have more unhappy customers. It will probably be good for flat surfaces It will not wash into corners, mirrors, tight or recessed areas

Karcher Winner 10 drive failure – Asked to check out a 5 year old Winner 10 which had little use and made a loud noise before stopping. There were signs of grease leakage from gearbox seal. On disassembly found that there was no grease left in gearbox and the planetary reduction gear drive had failed. The planetary gears are mounted on a cast Aluminium drive frame and both their… Read more

shafts had sheared off. The wreckage had got so hot that the motor end plastic gear housing had melted. If grease is noticed leaking from gearbox have it checked out immediately. The sheared shafts showed signs of poor casting with gas holes in the metal. The motor, a series wound electric drill type, still runs but gearbox is beyond repair. Easy to disassemble with a set of Torx keys. Faulty casting. Leaking gearbox seal let grease out. Cheap drive gearbox. Motor poorly made.

Still going strong for 10+ years until a new puppy chewed the gun – I have had a winner 11 since they first come out and have not had a problem with it at all. I replaced the plastic hose fitting with a brass one, have changed some O rings and connectors and thats been it in 10+ years. I run it for approx 3 hrs every time i use it around the pool area and run it (the gun only) in the pool to clean the sides at… Read more

least twice a year. It runs with a 10m hose and I have a number of attachments including the patio cleaner.

Saddly a new pup has chewed through the gun where the hose connects to it. I am finding it very hard to find a replacement gun. it looks like im going to have to fork out for a newer model which from what im hearing they are not as good as they were. May have to go to Gerni which have metal pumps which dont over heat and leak. Cheap and has worked for years with no problems Hard to find a replacement gun

Just mix water and electricity!!! – I have had my Winner 11 for 18 months or so and have used it 3 times. The last time I went to use it the machine was spraying water out the hose but water was also pouring out through the on/off switch!!! Bunnings refused to send it for Warranty as I couldn't find the receipt. It worked twice!! Water coming out of electrical switch

Winner 10 Karcher – I have had mine for 5 and a half years. I have used it for about ten minutes then I give it a break each time. I have definately got the use out of it for spraying mould from pavers, cleaning dirtbikes and cars and also concrete. The other day the missus said she used it to clean some outside blinds for about 2 hrs! I have just checked it and… Read more

there is water pouring from the bottom of it. Oh well another 99 bux down the tubes! Hmmm mabe buy one with more watts. Price is cheap, can use for lots of different things, lasted 5.5 years. I think after 5.5 years the seal has gone. You have to give it a rest regularaly to stop from overheating.

Terrible – All in all a poor experience, talking to the dealer (juniors) they let on that they have numerous issues with them, but don't tell you that before - then when you come back to exchange or replace, its tough luck, we sold it to you, we'll sned it off - no loaner etc (we're not a hire shop you know) - a [censored word removed] product, doesnt do… Read more

Had better – Bought this a year ago at Bunnings and have had to replace it twice. The first time I used it there were sparks coming out of it. Not a good sign, but I thought maybe it was just some dust burning off the engine. I only use it for backyard use every few months so its not like it gets a heavy duty workout. The next time I used it it just stopped… Read more

working. Took it back and it was replaced. The second one blew up (literally - sparks, flames, smoke) so I'm now on my third one. It's great WHEN it works and isn't blowing up. Great when it works WHEN it works. Karcher has replaced broken ones Doesn't seem to last longer than a few uses

Excellent – I love it - its cheap to buy, easy to use, cleans concrete floors fantastically, doesn't lose pressure or power at all. If you are only going to use occasionally like I do these are the best value for money.I like the fact you don't have to connect just to a hose, you can also draw water from a bucket which is easy to use and you can add detergent… Read more

OK – Update - I called Karcher and despite being 3mths over the 2yr warranty Karcher agreed to send out a replacement pipe which was obviously had a manufacturing fault as they didn't need much convincing. No cost to me. Pity it failed in the first place but at least the company came thru. Support Need to get spare parts

OK – This is the second cleaner I've had. First one was leaking water from the electrical cord outlet. Yes you do get what you pay for and despite the first cleaner not lasting for long, for the area and surfaces we cleaned was far cheaper than getting in a professional cleaner. The first unit was out of warranty so we weren't able to test Karchers… Read more

customer service. Good price. Cleans away dirt and mould fairly easily. Easy to operate. Not reliable over a period of time. Leaks a grease-like substance while cleaning.

Takes time to do large outdoor areas.
