KAS ELECTRICAL! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – Came out to quote had a bad attitude very rude quote was misleading. It was done deliberately to confuse me. All in all a terrible experience. Needs to adjust his attitude and be transparent. Write up quotes so that it all makes sense. That it’s clear and concise to the customer.

My go to electrician! The best! – I have used kelvin multiple times for a range of services including installing built in entertainment services, built in security systems and cameras, rewiring etc. I have had kelvin do down lights and new outlets in 3 houses now and won’t go anywhere else. Great advice on what to do, great service and pricing I can trust! Highly recommend! Show reply

Terrific service – Kelvin is a gem !! Arrived on time as promised and went beyond expectations on a small job that turned out a little bit bigger than expected. A very fair price for the great service, time and effort put in. I can HIGHLY recommend him to any new customer ! Show reply

Reliable, punctual, high quality work over a decade, excellent value for money - each time, every time – Kelvin has been the only electrician looking after my residential properties for about 10 years. There would have been at least a hundred jobs that Kelvin did for me. I had no reasons to complain even once! None of my tenants have complained either - ever! Being a busy professional with a diverse investment portfolio managing my properties… Read more ·  1

myself, being able to rely on Kelvin saved me a lot of stress and undoubtedly a fair amount of money. Kelvin always listens, asks intelligent questions, offers good advice on what would and what would not work, and does what he says he will do. The result has always been great, even when he needed to fix things my previous electrician messed up. Kelvin never let me down, and on occasion delivered way beyond my expectations, like today. Some of the work I needed to get done revealed hidden problems left behind by the electrician who rewired the house about 14 years ago. Kelvin was not phased for one second. My tenants are delighted and so am I :) If you want excellent value for money without stress or worry, call Kelvin!

Great service! – "So happy I found Kas Electrical!! Kelvin recently installed 14 LED lights in my home, with a dimmer switch, as well as lighting in two bedrooms. Almost all required brand new wiring and Kelvin did a fantastic job! Very impressed! I appreciated his consistent communication throughout the entire process and was very happy that my work was able to… Read more ·  1

Very good experience with Kaselectrical – Kel did a great job running the cable and connecting our outdoor spa. Everything was done quickly. No issues. No charges outside of what was quoted. Only positive experience - great communication, friendly service, very professional. I cannot recommend KasElectrical highly enough. Will certainly go back to Kel for all my electrical needs in future Show reply

Do it right the first time! Poor finishing and attitude! – At the end of a successful reno., nearly everything had gone well and then KAS electrical came and did a rushed job with a "she will be right attitude" that caused us much stress. Most of their unseen work was (hopefully) done ok as everything works but the finishing was sub-standard and the builder had to fix the electrician's mistakes. The… Read more

attitude seemed to be that the customer is wrong and KAS didn't need to clean up or fix the finishing issues they made - some persist to this day (and the after the job support comes down to "you fix it yourself"). Apart from multiple patch-ups on a power outlet that had been cut thoughtlessly in the wrong place and cost me money with the painter having to repatch it twice (due to imprecise communication by the sparky about what he would do) the finishing issues remedied by the builder (not the electrician) included: - gouged and poorly patched hole (with silicon, larger than 10x2cm) near a fan mounting; - aforementioned fan needing to be removed as they didn't check if the fan and remote transmitter would work together before gouging the roof and calling me "[swear word removed]" for wanting the hole fixed. He said that he would be happy with that standard of repair in his house; - 3 downlights with plaster hole cut softly too large; these had to be replastered and painted by the builder who agreed that the sparky should have fixed all of these small issues. Currently we need to repaint the whole ceiling around one of these as there is still a slight mis-match with the original paint colour; - small marks on some walls near light fittings that have had to be painted over by the owner; - bulging power point plates (they did fix about 6 or 7 of these after being asked); - kitchen downlights not measured in-line and spaced out of alignment (had to be moved): - power point plates that weren't straight or level with others nearby; - LED light transformers left with sub-standard mounting plate setup (and hole-saw through cupboard wall) that had to be upgraded on request; - a fan switch with silicon around it and slight gouges in adjacent wood work. - not cleaning up the building sight properly.

It seemed that the sparky just wanted to get finished before Christmas. The older sparky was willing to yell at and argue with the customer rather than do the job right. The attitude was the customer was wrong and from the beginning there was a condescending "you are not a sparky so you don't know what you are taking about" attitude. This company did not finish their job professionally (90% seemed good enough) and did not clean up their mistakes. Most fixes were done by the builder after they left (plastering and painting) and we have had to personally clean up some of the small bits of non-pro finishing that they left behind and buy more paint. If they understood the concept of "do it right the first time", we wouldn't have had this negative experience and we wouldn't have had to clean up after them.

Unlike that which is written on their website, they were not prepared to meet customer expectations and were prepared to not give satisfaction to the customer.
