Good as a starter – Found the vanilla flavour to be pretty good. I wouldn't say it's ideal for those wanting to gain muscle mass - however as a start up for supplementation its worked well. In my case, its helped me to increase the protein just enough so that I start shredding a unwanted body fat. Value for money, its not great though as other more specific protein powders are better value. Show details

Product Change – 365g container had 20g protein per serve. However they have now reduced protein to 15g per serve. No good to me now, as I buy it for protein content obviously. Show details

Should come with a strainer – It tastes really nice, but even blended for ages in a nutri bullet, there's no way to dissolve the powder with the milk. Every time I have it, I choke on the gritty residue unless I leave a good inch in the bottom of the cup to tip down the sink. I can't think of a strong enough blender that would fix the problem. I've given up on it and had to throw the container out. Show details

Pleasantly surprised – Compared to other vegan powders this is reasonably priced especially when it’s on special. First time I’ve had sunflower seed powder but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a green colour as expected for raw sunflower seeds and has a gritty texture, but not unpleasant. Has a lovely vanilla flavour and they’ve got the sweetness just right. There’s a hint rather than sickly sweet. I had it with almond milk and cinnamon. Would definitely buy again. Show details
